I think it’s amazing that you will be doing this test of fasting on animal fats. You will be shedding some new light on a new approach and I know so many cancer patients and those doing research will be so grateful to you.

I sincerely hope that a substantial number of individuals will view this content as I progress and consistently report on the observation that cancer patients who lose weight can consume animal fat, maintain their weight, and prevent the cancer from utilizing it as a source of energy, thereby avoiding the wastage of food energy that would otherwise fuel the cancer's growth.

Very long fast, good luck! I might try it for my lower back pain. Hope it won’t eat away too much muscle and bone density. Probably 3-5 set of squats, pullups and pushups to a failure (or 2-3 reps in reserve) per week will help to hold on lean mass. At least thats what I would do most likely.

I am going to do resistance training! I just want to stimulate the muscles but not over do it. Thank you for your feed back! 3 to 5 sets per week also would likely be a great idea! I am drawn to resistance bands for this one for some reason.

Hi, You can find it in polish groceries, ask for skwarki, but it will be better if you can do it youreself of fresh fat, to avoid elevated histamine level, I prefer water buffalo meat, freshly frozen after kill streight from butchery. I am fighting cancer with unconventional methods as well, trying to find something what gives best results.. Be strong ! i !

@@jasonwatson6104 , gosh that sounds yummy! I have an allergy to milk protein. I am just now beginning to tolerate butter. This is the reason I have to use coconut cream. I did have a coffee with nearly the same but I used coconut cream and added raw unflavored LMNT electrolytes. I feel full!

@@jasonwatson6104 okay, so my beef fat was frozen. I had to improvise. First lunch I had sardines in olive oil. I had coconut milk and six egg yolks to make “egg nog” for a snack. I had six pieces of bacon. That will have to do for today. Hopefully, the beef fat will thaw enough I can cut it and air fry to eat tomorrow. My fat grams were 170 and protein was 90 so close to a 2:1 ratio. I think that is the first time I succeeded with that. Not much of a fast. I have water fasted only for a max of 8 days. But I usually have to have several days of three meals a day instead of OMAD before a water only fast. Hopefully with the beef fat dethawed I can do 💯 % fat tomorrow.

Love pork belly fat! it'll be interesting to see how your fast goes. I find it hard to stay at a high gki eating grocery store meat. I buy beef heart, sweetbreads(thyroid), liver, beef fat and pork belly from the local butcher. Then grind them all together to make my own "ground beef". Much tastier than the grocery stores ground beef. Tomorrow I'm also getting hog brains for the first time. They are high in fat. I'll try them by themselves first. If I don't like them I'll grind them in with my other meats.

Would pork rinds work too? You could grill them the same way. Is salt out of the question or can you add? I think this is a great idea. Praying it adds weight and also helps with the cancer. Sorry I missed your live but I did catch it later. I’m praying for you every day.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️

The live session was merely a test run. I will ensure to provide advanced notice and better preparation for the next session. Additionally, I discovered the challenges of conducting such sessions on a mobile device, as it limits the visibility of comments. Kind of need a computer. Not sure about pork grinds. Have to see it they have high fat or any outher things like protiene. I want just fat calories nothing else.

Are you saying autopathy or autophagy? I’ve heard about autophagy, but not familiar with autopathy.

Hope this helps but here are the 2 things i want to happen.
Mitophagy is the selective degradation of mitochondria by autophagy. It often occurs to defective mitochondria following damage or stress. The process of mitophagy was first described over a hundred years ago by Margaret Reed Lewis and Warren Harmon Lewis.
Autophagy is the body's way of cleaning out damaged cells, in order to regenerate newer, healthier cells, according to Priya Khorana, PhD, in nutrition education from Columbia University. “Auto” means self and “phagy” means eat. So the literal meaning of autophagy is “self-eating.”Aug 23, 2018
