Things don't get settled down after İbrahim Pasha's death.
Hürrem understands that Sultana Şah isn't a friend. She challenges her enemies after having Suleiman in her corner. She lays on entertainment in the harem as it's still being mourned for İbrahim Pasha. This drives Hatice to distraction. As Mihrimah gets disappointed by Yahya of Taşlıca's attitude, Malkoçoğlu Bali Bey returns in İstanbul. He informs Suleiman that it will be attempted to assassinate him. Hatice vows vengeance against Hürrem and gets Diana in the harem to kill her.
Hürrem understands that Sultana Şah has different aims and doesn't wait for too long to get her claws out. She lays on entertainment in a harem after a short time İbrahim died. Hatice loses her temper after learning this and comes into the harem to stop it.
Malkoçoğlu gets attacked on his way to the capital. However, he and his men manage to get over the attack. On the other hand, the effect of İbrahim's death continues. The Pope thinks that Suleiman is left alone and takes an action to end him.

Mustafas jealous face when Suleiman mentions mehmed :DD
The irony is that, unlike is shown here in the show, Mehmed was actually considered Mustafa's greatest rival for the throne. So, yeah, that jealousy probably isn't too far off the mark!
@@Redluna32 yeah I know, in series it's not really shown but I sensed in some scenes that Mustafa was jealous of mehmed because Suleiman loved him more.. I believe it was more obvious in real life.

@@DimSK. Oof, I think it definitely was more obvious in real life. Mustafa was sent off to his sanjak with his mother either when his half siblings were still young or not born yet. All of his half siblings had the benefit of being raised close to their father's side while being educated by one of the people closest to him and most capable of understanding him. That Mustafa was kept out of the little family that Suleiman made is honeslty what makes him such a complex, tragic figure for me and I wish it wasn't left out of the show to make him so otherwise often boring, for lack of a better word.
the sultan's obvious pain and mourning for Ibrahim seemed second only to his for hurrem....heard rumors they were closer than met the eye ;)

Why does he think he is entitled to Rome?
This is a bit of a stupid question, no?
All rulers of empires have sought to expand their domains regardless of their culture or religion. In this case,the additional reason was because Rome is where the Papacy was based, the conquest of Rome and the conversion of St Peter’s Basilica into a mosque would have represented Islam’s ultimate victor over Western Christianity,just as the conquest of Constantinople and the conversion of The Hagia Sophia into a mosque represented Islam’s victory over Eastern Christianity.
Additionally, having both Rome and Constantinople would have meant that the Sultan would have both capitals of the Roman Empire and would be the true successors of the Roman Empire,having reunited it’s former lands,something the Ottomans already nearly did with the exception of Iberia,France and Italy.

And you remember the scene when mehmed save mustafa when someone shoot arrow to mustafa. Sometimes we brothers fight against each other but that doesnt mean we are enemies thats human nature the only enemies were Selim and Beyazid.
