When my front got damaged I replaced it with the OZ forged one in black. Seeing how titanium colored ones look like installed, I can not say I do not regret getting the black one. Absolutely stunning!
I'm looking at these wheels in this color as well. Look very nice! What are you using to support the front of the bike? Is the lift point the base of the engine? It's hard to see.
I have the exact same ones on my Streefigther v4s. The look is great and in addition they are more solid than the originals. On the other hand, they should never be cleaned with a rim degreaser ... they will become matt. Be careful wehn you cleaning them!
you had the unique opportunity to weigh both the stock and OZ, why would you not do it the proper way? they have different tires and the stock one was dirty.

Why change the wheels the s models comes with forge marchesini wheels the oz aren’t any lighter then stock wheels
