In episode 5 of our Ducati Streetfighter V4S SVF build we’ve installed our custom DB Race indicators / turn signals. A smoked integrated tail light with an Evotech Performance tail tidy. A larger clutch actuator and a set of Pro-grips & Termignoni T800 UpMap for our Zard Exhausts.

Do the AEM reservoirs work with stock levers or does it all need to be replaced?

They work with stock and aftermarket. Simple replacements

Never seen so much 3m used to fit a badly fitting tail light , looks nice in but 🤦‍♂️

That is only because we cannot use the screw from inside, neither are bad fitting and would fit exactly like OEM had we used the standard seat.

If the seat cowl unit was off the bike, could the light unit be attached as intended (without all the tape) ?
