      he's using capacitors as droppers, they limit the current to the load with the added benefit that if you short the mains output on the modified sockets, it's the same as just putting a capacitor across the mains which is what those particular capacitors are designed for so nothing explodes

      Kondansatörlerin bir özelliği, tamamen şarj olduklarında açık devre haline gelmesidir(üzerinden gerilim akmaz yani). Burada priz kısa devreye düşerek kondansatörleri şarj eder, kondansatörler devreyi açarak kısa devre olmasını engeller. Bu şekilde çalışıyor büyük ihtimal.
