Ted and Carol have a beautiful love!💕
Carol does have a twinkle in her eyes and such a wonderful smile
Carol has the most beautiful eyes I’ve ever seen. Bless her heart and her family is just wonderful. ❤
I bet she was a beauty when she was younger
@@angelaparker4110I had thought the same!
Their wedding picture was so special, they were so young!
I kept thinking she had the most beautiful eyebrows I’ve ever seen on a 79 year old.
She has beautiful hair also
Carol her husband and son r adorable ❤
This brought tears to my eyes. Their love is amazing.
Many Blessings Carol n Ted n Family God Bless You All😊
When the son said his parents are like swans...😢🥰
Bawling rn after just seeing him say that
Happy to see Carol recovered so amazingly! God Bless the doctor for helping her ❤️❤️❤️❤️ from South Africa 🇿🇦
I was willing Carole to recover. I couldn't help notice her beautiful eyes.
I love that she gave him a wallop.
What a beautiful love story! How many 15 yr olds buy a wedding ring in preparation for a future marriage. ❤
It doesn't happen in these days but back in the day it wasn't uncommon for someone to love someone so much
And to have so much love in your heart ❤️
I did!! Sadly it was actually a very mentally abusive relationship and I barely made it out alive, but at 15 I didn’t see the abuse for what it was 😅
LOL. So cute! She poked him with the cane through the window and he took it from her. That was sweet. ❤
Many Blessings David n Kathy
Smart son thinking about his Dad as well and the importance of him taking it easy mentally.
Carol has the most beautiful eyes!
As a type 1 diabetic, I feel bad for David with the bad feet bc that all could've been prevented with proper diabetic treatment
I love this show! Thank you for posting
David needed home health care. His toe has gangrene and now cellulitis. Even though the UK/British provides free care to its citizens, the citizens needs educated on the diseases and the complications that can occur and how to care for yourself to prevent them and to be able to get care rapidly. I a previous episode; a man showed up at A&E with a splinter in his thumb for a month. He said his skin was too thick to get it out himself. He was turned away from the clinic and told to go to A&E and then A&E told him to not waste their time.
If it was deep and deep and on dominant thumb; he may have not been able to get it out himself.
The old man hopping out of the emergency room after seeing the Nurse Practitioner/doctor; why wasn’t he given a pair of crutches. The cost of crutches is more economical than the cost of him falling and having to come back for a major surgery from a fractured bone or a CT for a head injury and a hospital stay.
I love love love the back stories...it's why watch❤❤❤❤
Carole…IM SO HAPPY you got better..I saw that determination at the very start when you were frustrated with the doctor..lol
Wonderful.
How wonderful Carols husband and son are for trying to understand what she is saying. As someone who has been in hospital and can’t get across what you are trying to convey to your loved ones I can tell you how deviating it is to communicate to other’s want you are trying to say.
What a beatiful couple Carol and.her husband is. You can.feel their love. They really are like swans.
Oh wow, what a lovely close and genuine relationship Ted and Carole have. They are lucky to have found each other. Their son is so caring towards them, and was so kind to his Dad, and has had amazing role modelling from his parents.
I love that lady that is crocheting a blanket in A&E
Life goals
Dr Mahinda is absolutely amazing..we as healthcare workers sometimes in the fray of things when all is going crazy we forget the people on the otherside...it's a work in progress to even things out...Carol and Ted were sooo cute.
77 yr old type 1! Remarkable.! My brother was born in ‘52 and diagnosed young as type 1 and my parents were told he wouldn’t live past 16. He outlived lived them both and died (stupidly) at 67 - in 2020.
I love hearing how the ppl meet especially the older ones. It makes me think they are the generation living in london and around that got to hear and see some of the biggest music bands of the era.
I was so worried about Carol. I was elated to hear her speak at the end. So suspenseful
I had such a big smile on my face at the end. 😊
Carole was so lovely and family. I’m so happy Carole got better.❤ Happy Anniversary!
"They're like swans aren't they...no good on their own..." ❤❤❤❤💔💔
Happy Anniversary!!
My husband and I made it 26 years. I miss him. He has been gone 5 years.
My husband died from a massive heart attack in front of me in the ER. The trauma team did everything they could for hour. All cardiac medications exhausted and shocked him no cardiac rhythm returned.
God Bless You Evette Blessings
Ted and Carol are a beautiful couple. ❤
Carol is such a sweet woman, congratulations to both of you on your anniversary 💕🌹🍀
Ted and Carol have the kind of love my parents had and it made me wistful to see how lovely they were together.
These two are an inspiration ❤
Awww! What a lovely couple! 😢
I always feel so bad for the older people coming in hospital. Just like I do for the kids. They are always so scared. I just want to give them a cuddle and hold their hand and tell them it will be ok.
Cried thru this entire episode……
Thanks to the Modern medicine and specialist doctors like Mahinda who give us hope to recover from diseases like Stroke
Ms. Carol has beautiful eyes.
Yes, like pale aquamarine gemstones ❤
I was just going to comment the same thing 😂. Beautiful eyes 👀. My husband had beautiful eyes too ❤
Sorry... His toe was going black for 5 months? Why not seek treatment before now good Lord
🤣 I couldn’t help but laugh
Dear Lord 😆
The spcialist nurse Maria looks like she could be the sister of Anne Russel from tiktok
fierce
Awww
❤❤❤
So sad when you do everything right, but your medical condition deteriorates, no matter what you do! I know of somebody who is a diabetic who shovels in sugary chocolates, ice cream and pastries like there is no tomorrow, refuses to take medication (told doctor she wanted to control her type 2 diabetes with diet!) and suffers no consequences for it...she's actually a sociopath, which I am sure feeds into her behaviour regarding the diabetes...but that is not caused her diet, she's always been that way.
Am I the only one wondering why Carol was allowed to go home knowing the condition she was in the hospital the day before she had her stroke that was featured in this episode? 🤦🏼♀️
This is my fear. And why i always stay on my feet. I get abcesses on my belly and back and soon as i notice them they get infected. Been hospitalized with iv meds to many times to count.
He lost two toes prior. Then let a 3rd toe rot for 5 weeks before seeking treatment. Sigh.
He is shivering, close the window and get a blanket
Imagine $1.25 or less for an engagement ring.
I'm sorry but Yvette needs to spend some time on manicuring her feet😮😢.... Leave her eyes alone lol .. And the camera man was dirty for highlighting her feet in the first place😂😂😂😂😂.... I love this show, it's always the older married couples with one being ill that tugs the heart strings... I can't imagine being with one person for that many year's... It definitely takes hard work and dedication...
Her feet are fine, oh my god xD
Omg I thought the same thing!!🤣 Like damn, imagine if someone zoomed in on my feet. So embarrassing!!
Ivette is a pretty woman but she should also have someone taking care of her feet.
I love how the difference with british blacks and american blacks. They speak better then us. And their not rachet acting. I wish they teach ours .😅😂 Not to be rachet
That spealist dr/nurse shud really hve a hair cut.
She doesn’t need a haircut because she has a great sense of humor 😂
That’s what you came on here to say? Just to criticize a nurse’s hair? That would be like me responding just to say you misspelled specialist, should, and have.
@@danaw23 so what if i mispelt a word madam PERFECT. I did not attack the woman. Ffs get over yr perfect self.
@@jennyvanniekerk9600My point exactly
🤦♀️
I just have to say Carol has the most beautiful blue eyes, and the most beautiful marriage as well. I have no hope of such a special marriage, but I sure wish it could have been, I thought it was going to be. But alas, he loved his addiction more than he loved me.
What a wonderful love Carol and her husband share. Everyone should have that. Wouldn’t that be great! She’s a very beautiful lady with eyes of an angel
