      I wish, honestly it's getting very difficult to even lock down homes sub 400k these days for new construction. There are some communities where you can find something around 300-350 but most of what you are looking at then is townhomes.

    Are DR Horton homes good ??? I see lot of bad reviews on their homes

      They aren't the best and they aren't the worst, the reality is most people who leave reviews are leaving them because they are upset. At the same time, they have a rough reputation in the US, but I can say I have not seen many issues with them from my experience. I think it's important to research the specific community you have in mind, as the local governing bodies have a lot more to do with it then just a builder as they will set the bar on what the minimum standards are for homes in that city/township etc.
