Can confirm, emotionless is a real word. That being said, I think it turned out well. You might not have put in as much emotion as you would like, but it was still a very good performance. You had good pitch, your timing was good, it was generally just a very clean performance. That’s more than I can say for some covers so don’t beat yourself up about it. Also, if you really want, you can always do another recording some day and release it as a remastered version or something (this is your channel after all, you can do whatever you want.) Keep at it, you’ve got a special talent that’s worth exploring, improving, and expressing.😊
This seems kinda rude... Are you a voice teacher or...? It kinda feels like your not really appreciating their voice but judging it more than anything. If you can do any better I'd love to see you post something as good as this or explain if you are a voice teacher, if not, then you don't really have a very valid opinion... Just judgment with a sugar coated topping...
@@JH-un8bo Reading my comment again, I can see how it could come across as overly critical and I apologise for that. That was not at all my intention. I am not a voice teacher, but a composer/producer (I have an approximate knowledge of many musical things) and I’ll be the first to admit that anyone who can sing could probably do better than me. When I write comments, I try to be constructive rather than just saying “that was good” and leaving it at that. I realise now that I should try to be more conscious of how I come across. Advanced is easily my favourite singer of all time and I meant no disrespect to her or anyone else.
