Thank you so much for showing me another view of what's on my doorstep and getting me back into a yak after 20 years.

Hi Feiz, I know, all he really needed to do was drink those cans of Stella, ha ha. Got a cracking video coming up Feiz, I'll upload it tonight, real top drawer trip this one, caves, arches, gullies, big swells, scenery, the lot.

Thank you! Your videos are addictive! Hope to kayak the UK one day. Love the McCartneyesque music too.
    Cheers from Canada.

+Fernando Fresco Thanks Fernando, conversely, I would like to paddle Canada some day, maybe we could swap places for a fortnight, ha ha. Curious you should mention McCartney, the Beatles are definitely my biggest inspiration musically.

Thanks Stewart, just finished a corker, I'll upload it tonight, one of the best paddle I've ever done, Cruit, and Owey Islands, two little fragments that broke off, and fell from heaven.

Recently found your channel and I've probably watched all your videos now! There is no way I wont get a kayak this spring now. What sort of average speed are you guys doing usually? Just to give me an idea of how far you can expect to go in a given time

Hi Dougie, speed wise, think walking speed. But there'll be many times when you don't want to move at all, just sitting there and taking it all in. An average day for us will be 10 miles or so, the most I've done is 19 miles, the least about 1mile (Sprats and Mackerels video) Don't worry about any of that, just go out when it's safe, and do whatever feels natural. Many times I don't want the day to end, even in Winter, and don't forget, it may be x amount of miles to your destination, but you can add more on, for all those bays, inlets, gullies, caves etc.

Don't know, David, I'll find out as soon as I can, his phone's off line at the moment, he called me the other day, so I know he's ok.

Don't you worry about that mate, we just need the weather, Matt's account will be back up and running shortly. I've been offline myself, Virgin have been today, and fitted a new wireless router.
