Hi, great video there. I'm interested in the T7 and M50 mark II, but I have not found any information on how it works with the Cam Link for streaming, if they have unlimited runtime y so on, even for the 200D. I'm not planning on making videos of moving objects at all, but I want to establish a static focus point for art process videos and streaming. Let me know if you have an idea of which camera could work for me. Based on this video I'm even considering the M200.

For the canon t7, is it good for videos? Just to record like a graduation for an example. Does it pick up sound? Kinda confused looking into buying my first camera just so I don’t have to use my phone for pics and vids
I am not sure if you bought the T7 yet but if you haven’t, go for the canon SL2 or SL3, they aren’t too much more and they are great at video

sorry for the late response. if you want longer battery life, get the T8I or the SL3. If you want super slomo video, go for the M50, it shoots 720p at 120fps. If you want something really small and portable, go for the M50. But the SL3 doesn’t have 1080p 24fps. Overall, I would go for the T8I because it has far better battery life than the M50 and it has 1080p 24fps which the SL3 doesn’t. I would never use the 720p 120fps on the M50 because it is at 720p and not 1080p. The SL3 and the T8I also have the EF lens mount which means there is tons and tons of native lenses. For me I would go T8I, good battery, 24fps, and the EF mount. Hope this helps

What do you think of flipping over the Canon m200 when doing a high angle shot so you can use your flip-up screen as a flip-down screen? (I heard this works well, but I was wondering if there are any downsides I'm not aware of)

Isn't the M50 a compact mirrorless camera? You didn't mention that is an exchangeable lense camera and that other lenses for it cost an arm and a leg. I'm surprised though didn't mention the SL 2/3 which is a budget camera with better specs.
I also feel the same. Other than continuous 10fps shooting compared to 5fps on SL3 I feel SL 3 is a better option. Also the 3rd party flash compatibility on SL3 is not that good. But still I feel SL3 is better than M50/(ii)
