The reason he was draw to be feminine is because of the "most programmer are femboy" stereotype (and one time he got straight up drag and suplexed by a girl) And the other fox girl is the artist who drew her looks (can call her "the mother")

Dude, i was literally thinking if someone did a rolling girl animation with Neuro. Not only did the animation met my expectations of how it would be, you gave it your own little flair to it! Even including the old AI vedal used before he created fully made who Neuro is today! Even adding their songs they sang into the video! This truly is a good fan animation! :D
