For trailer sway I have also heard and use a different method to stop sway. When sway starts happening, you should acclerate a bit and then active your trailer brake controller.
Very nice video. My wife and i travel constantly with our union. I'm always open for advice. I put tire pressure monitors on my 5th wheel tires and i never go over 60mph. That was great advice from you. Our rig is very heavy and we try to take good care of our tires. After every location we stop for a job we spray armor all and wipe in good then put our tire covers on. Thank you two very much.
Very informative video. Thank you! If I may add one more tip, always check the tightness of the lug nuts (on your RV) before setting out on a trip. And if a tire is changed, etc., check the tightness of the lug nuts every 50 miles up to the first 200 miles traveled. You'd be amazed at how much they loosen up. Safe travels, everyone.
