      Please tell me how you went about this, as I've been longing to get to bed at 9pm, each night and wake up at 5/6am, but it's been almost impossible to follow.
      I've been sleeping at 11.30/midnight constantly, and up on my phone. I think it's because I'm trying to always fit things in, after work (feels like there's never enough time in the day), but I'd rather rise super early and do them instead (language learning, workout, writing, etc).

    Fear and sadness, the epitome of the media and why I haven’t watched the news since embarking on my spiritual journey 3 1/2yrs ago! All they do is spread fear and propaganda, especially during this plandemic. Turn off the TV and go out into nature 🌱💚.

    Rise before Ra, I practice that religiously. I can’t tell the last time I haven’t beaten the sun in rising, no matter what time I go to bed. There’s a few of her advice I need to follow, but there’s no fresh air in my city😂

    I'm a European...we have a lack of sun of course... I have to supplement Vitamin D3 and B12 because I'm vegan. But food is not the the problem. I started my day early and always with a warm fresh lemon or ginger water, and a exercise a well. You the Jamaican people are blessed, but a lot of Jamaicans forgotten that.     I glad I came across her … I have been doing this very thing in the mornings.. all through this pandemic.. and I have been healthy physically , mentally, AMD emotionally. Another thing I would suggest to stay away from to keep your natural immune system healthy… stay away Antibiotics… prescription drugs , even over the counter drugs if you can. It was the hardest thing to do to not want to turn to Advil for a headache, especially when you have been working all day. But you really can handle these physically things without all these drugs . They compromise our immune system, and our mental /emotional health. I have been antibiotics free for decades. Along with no prescription or over the counter drugs. And I have been very Healthy/strong, mentally healthy.

    Wow I absolutely love how simple these tips are. These are things I try to do consistently I'll meditate and juice but I don't move. Or I'll pray and drink water and forget about everything else but at least we all on the right track even if we just take one tip, and apply it to our Daily life. Thank you for sharing.... here's a summary of what she said.. it's all about balance,harmony, and alignment.
    Rise Early (with the sun or before)
    Drink Lime Water (flush the system)
    Pray and Give Gratitude (connect with nature)
    Breath in the Morning Air (air is the purest)
    Brisk Movement (Drain lymphatic system)
    Green Juice (nourish the body)
    Light breakfast (fruit helps to Detox body)

    Rise with or Before the Sun and Breath in the Fresh Air. It's the freshest throughout the day.
    Connect with the Divine.
    Drink fresh water.
    Movement. A vigorous walk. Get the blood going. (Movement is life)
    Light breakfast. Fruits. Green juice.
    (Heaviest meal should be lunch and a lighter on foe dinner.) Balance the kind of food you eat through day. Sweet, sour, bitter. Wakes up the liver.
    Go to bed early

    I find it challenging to wake up early here in the UK.
    Last year I travelled to my country South Sudan and I noticed the immediate difference. I rose up early every day at 630. I was in the sunshine and ate fresh food.
    These practices you mentioned help me daily, prayer breathwork, drink lemon water everyday and eat clean , I love my fruits in the early hours, but I need to start going out early again and exercising daily. I'll also start my green juices again😄
    I want to travel back for a few months to help my immune system again.

    Thank you sis great information there is also a book written by a sister name Emily Allison Francis that is a great source it is called vitamin D deficiency and how to correct . It amazes me how people of color don’t understand the different cycles of the sun and the different positions that the sun is in in different seasons

      Well as you know, the bible says that we suffer from a lack of knowledge, so even though i love, what this beautiful jamaican lady is educating us on, we all should try to learn how to do research,to understand the nature of all things , in existence,& especially ourselves, how long is it going to take for us to realise we are very powerful beings, but we are ignorant, because we don't know our true selves, cause if we did, we still wouldn't be suffering, with anxiety & depression, all i have to say people, is wake the hell up, try to help each other, starting with a kind word, helping a young/old lady with her groceries, you know love, makes the world go round, lets all get out there tomorrow, & shine a little light, on someone, cheer someone up, with a smile, go buy someone a bottle of water, or juice, go cook a meal, for 3 homeless people, give someone a hug, and tell them you love them, lets kick this covid 19 pandemic bs in the a.. & say move out the way, a new day is arising & i want to be happy for the rest of my life, who is willing to be a (bitch) bold brave individual celebrating harmony, God bless us all, we can do it if we try, Lets all end hatred & embrace love Peace!

    I’m in agreement with a lot of things that she says actually wants to video on anxiety and depression however I am not in agreement of eating three meals a day I think you’re better off eating one and having a focus on more fiber because your gut health has a lot to do with your brain health so for me would be a green smoothie in the morning and it would be a fruit smoothie in the evening and then I would eat one large meal mostly raw foods vegan preferably which would be early evening or late afternoon because this would be considered your lunch
    I lost 55 pounds I did not exercise I did not walk I did not work out I made sure I rested my body whenever it asked for rest I made sure that I was getting plenty of good healthy fluids like lemon water and I was using distilled water I was not drinking tapwater bottled water or even springwater which is 85% tapwater and the reason why is because all of those waters I just mention outside of distilled are filled with chlorine and fluoride you don’t want fluoride if you want to stay connected to the divine that is one thing you want to eliminate from your life so that would be your under arm deodorant white table salt tapwater springwater toothpaste antidepressants mouthwash and believe it or not in America cheese because it’s one of their smoothing agents I would also illuminate using any pans like Teflon nonstick blah blah blah
    Everything that you do makes a difference and anything you lather on your skin is taken into the body moving your lips yes is important some of us need to rest because we have such an overload of toxins that by moving the lymph you can actually back that up into your heart she really want to be gentle with your body and listen to what it’s asking for a rather than deciding what it needs and pushing it to do things it might not need to do at that time
    We in our society believe that were supposed to eat and then somethings wrong if we don’t put the body knows that when it’s sick and actually shuts down the ability to eat and the reason for that is for Autophagy
    This is the intercellular detoxing of the body which is essential and this is why so many spiritual practices included fasting
    So while she’s giving good information that was the one thing that triggered me because that isn’t something that is necessary to eat a light breakfast a larger lunch and an even larger dinner because the last thing you wanna do is compromise your digestion at night time you are preparing to go to rest and your body does not need to be deterred from doing so by focusing on digestion so that actually is a problem for me when I hear someone say that and your meal shouldn’t be after 7 PM you want to be in bed by 10 because between 10 and two your body is regenerating the organs and of course we know that the liver regenerate it’s the only organ that does and it’s really important to the body and how the body is maintained

    Living in a concrete jungle becoming harder to find the sun amongst the towers. I spent 10 days in Jamaica and I returned home bawling. Because I knew my body resonated so deeply with Jamaica vibes. The fruits the sun the people the salt water I was so strong there. I came back to bitter cold and industrial grown organic foods which are nothing compared to foods from Jamaican soil. I was doing hundred push ups daily easily before I left JA. Blessed love to you all.

    As someone who suffered from anxiety and sought treatment with CBT from an actual MD who specialized in mental health issues, I can confirm that she is 100% correct with the suggestions she gave. They were given to me by my doctor as well as another therapist. Fear causes changes in the way our genes are expressed that can spawn disease. It is not to be tolerated.

    Awesome video! For me, eating protein like eggs in the morning is best. I noticed that when I consume fruits first thing in the morning I feel really hungry throughout the day and get tired faster.

    Good advice... but I would also try and include fasting and not so much food consumption. I've found since I've been doing 40-hr fasts these last few weeks, cold and flu symptoms are minimised and/or go very quickly without the need for drugs.

    Yes stress can create fear too. My grandmother got diabetes from a stressful life event the death of one of her favorite daughter. These allow diabetes to rampage through her body ultimately killing her. I try and try not to stress but it's hard. So I try laughing at things or just letting grudges go. My advice fill one day with good things so your happy hormones are helping your immune system. If yesterday was crappy it's okay today will.be better because today you will.heal from. Yesterday
