Just did my UCAT exam! your tutorials were incredible! I also took your advice and bought Medify. Although medify was great, the questions in the actual UCAT were much harder (what i found). My score was prettttyyyyy shit not gonna lie. 2290 :( and 621 for SJT

Your videos helped sm last year, i got 690 in AR which i was happy about. Unfortunately i have to reapply to medicine this year, so hopefully I can get even higher this time round.
Can't recommend your videos highly enough - abstract reasoning was the section I struggled with most and your videos really helped me improve my score and I ended up earning myself two interviews (so far)! Really appreciate you making these videos and I'm currently going through your others to help me with my interviews! Thankyou :)
From my point of view, it is best to not time yourself for at least the first 10-15 shapes as this can become very stressful very quickly! I completed my UCAT preparation from iCanMed and they offered me mock test having AR questions same as the live UCAT exam. It was really very helpful for me. I suggest you enrol in the UCAT preparation course by iCanMed and ace the exam.
I wish! I didn't even know question banks existed. Having used medify over the last year I couldn't more highly recommend it. I used the Amazon 1250 UKCAT questions book, the official UCAT questions and mock tests (from their website) and watched a lot of TH-cam videos.
Thanks for tuning in! If you found this video useful please like & share it with your friends who are also taking the UCAT 😁 Subscribe for more content coming ASAP!
Thanks heaps Nasir, it’s sooo helpful!! with ucat date approaching I’m just getting more nervous.......and look at the ease with which u r doing😍......shows the amount of practice u did😀!! Waiting for ur next video!! Thanks again!
Great video as always but these questions appeared pretty simple, how do you think they compare to the real exam and other books and online services because you could see that the majority of participants would get them right
Can you do another live answering session for Verbal Reasoning? =) At the moment it seems almost impossible to answer those in the time restrictions. It would be very useful to know it can be done and how it's done.
Being from Spain I did not know about this exam, but it’s like an IQ test we take at age 15. For me it’s fairly easy as they are all similar in reasoning
hallo today I did my MMI and I did everything you said thank you soooo much I TOLD AT INSTGRAM BUT I don't think its enough I JUST WANT TO go over all of your social media and thanks I HOPED just if I discover you earlier
ahahaha thanks so much! I'm very appreciative of all your messages ❤️ I'm so glad I could help and if anyone you know could use my videos to help them prepare please do share them 😁
It's definitely possible! Once you've figured out the pattern in 20/30 seconds you only need about 5 seconds per question. So it averages out to about 14s per question. You just have to do looots of practice to get good at it!

@@sambridge5818 I feel like the official UCAT mocks (for QR and AR) are overkill. The QR in medify is easier than the official questions and same goes for the AR (although the AR in medify is pretty challenging nonetheless). I heard that people find QR questions in the UCAT mocks harder than the real exam. i hope so.
Yo guys for the second one I didn't check the positioning of the pacmans but rather the colour pattern on the right and I figured only 1 and 4 sided shapes are coloured which was proven to be right by the answer, was this probably just a coincidence or this is a possible pattern also?
Could you possibly make a more detailed video on triaging?? I'm finding AR and QR really hard due to time constraints. Thanks so much for everything!!!
Practising UCAT current and the triangle/circle question at about the 12:00 mark is a classic example of how arbitrary these answers can be 😬 Your reasoning was perfectly valid and worked but you weren’t able to read the mind of the questions author and so you lost marks. Yeah that happens sometimes! It's totally okay though. You learn these super sneaky tricks over time and even if this happens on one question and you score 3/5 you're doing GREAT!

Is it possible to do one item per 14 seconds or is that just an unrealistic target that UCAT books are suggesting?

This is basically a iq test, so they don’t want low iq people in med schools. Well that sucks
I don't think so. It's a test you can definitely improve on greatly with practice. It takes time, discipline, and motivation
