From what we can glean of them, the POV character is shy, affectionate, and generally caring. But given that they managed to piss off another reality warper so badly that they sent them to another dimension, sent bounty hunters after them, and created a whole-ass zombie plague when that failed, they might just turn out to have been the worst person to have ever existed in their past life.

I think I’ve figured out our power(s), since there could be more.
We can change the past decisions of people or things, even borderline erasing them, like with our bounty, and changing decisions leads to different outcomes.
Hipswitch and us decide to go on transport, it’s gets blown up but we reverse it to where he said they would walk, so they were never on it. (Shown by Albus’s confusion when Hipswitch says his transport exploded, and also when the explosion even happened, because if they knew Hipswitch and us were on transport, they would be concerned for us in the start of the video, but they weren’t.) Also, when we changed the outcome of us walking instead, we also changed the decision for it being blown up, like Jess for the zombies, instead of trying to kill us.

a whelp is a puppy, or a baby dog/ wolf. im not sure if the name "whelp" will mean something later in this series. but just knowing GBA it probably has some kind of significance.

I have so manyyyy headcanons, I think if we’re following the line of trauma of space pirate, bastard warrior etc then trauma is most likely headed for listener. Personally I thought that listener is a enhanced powerful human who can take people with him in a few seconds through the tesserae dimension. The reason they ran after teleporting is because I theorize that listener was in some type of prison where enhanced individuals are brought to their limits to see just how strong they can get and how they can serve the government. Listener would be one of the people in this prison wich is why the creepy guy said he couldn’t kill listener but someone else could. Meaning that even if he escapes he’ll just send bounty hunters to kill him. Also I think it would be cool if listener is technically mute but like the nymph echo where he can only repeat people’s last sentences/ words but they don’t use it bc it freakes people out and has only gotten them hurt
Interesting, I personally think that the guy we heard from in the first episode was the crow from the quarian saga and we're somehow related to the listener from that series
Gonna preface this by saying I have no context for any connected series or anything, but this is just my own personal speculation. I agree that the listener is an enhanced individual, and I think they have the ability to alter reality, to a certain extent. He doesn't know what he's doing at first, but I think he has started to figure it out near the end of the audio, thanks to the help of Hipswitch. Additionally, when the listener alters reality, other people's brains rationalize the change as something else. You see this both in the beginning with Albus saying that Hipswitch was taking us on foot rather than by transport, and near the end with all the stuff that happens then.
I do agree with you on this the only prob is that I made that comment 2 hours before it went live but that is currently looking like a theorie that’s prob closest to canon

I love imagining the listener as a partial _girlfailure/boyfailure_ ✨😂 They get naturally scared by most to everything(honestly valid due to their situation) and gets easily flustered. I have lots of fun acting them out.
Every time Good Boy and Escaped collab something terribly tragic happens, I think I'm going to end up crying tomorrow (I'm already attached to these characters even though we're only two episodes in).

first of all: the theme song is killer, and you all are insane for this, but so so worth the wait, and each character having a different nickname for partner is wonderful and hipswitch is just..i think i’ve said enough
anywho, onto the theories, ok, while i still think it’s possible that partner is a failed star captain now that we know the full extent of his power im not so sure
originally, i was under the impression he just used teleportation and that he had other powers besides that, but now from this it shows us that he has only one power that is extremely versatile, perhaps reversing time? but it seems deeper than that…possibly even rewriting the very fabric of reality? really mind bending shit. the only question is why would he make zombies? if he even did? it’s sorta giving eleven vibes from stranger things. but according to albus he doesn’t know how is able to do this magic stuff
ig it’s still possible he’s got star captain power in him? but i don’t think star captains are powerful enough to literally rewrite series of events. so maybe a god..? i think he has been experimented on, it’s kinda the only way to explain his reaction to the syringe and doc. either way, this guy is in way deeper shit than i originally thought. it’s also odd that someone with this level of power(which i’m pretty sure this is the most overpowered character to date) comes from earth…
also, side note: something is definitely up with hipswitch, we already know albus’s deal, not so much about mahatma but i think that’s just how he is, but i am *very* curious about hipswitch.

I also have two possibilities for the zombies. One is that it is the price of our power. Which I'm not sure is the case because when we "healed" Hip Switch it didn't happen.
Second idea it might be someone else making the zombies potentially the static filled voice in episode 1 who could have gotten the same ability as us but with them maybe being close to the brunt of what was in my first theory. It would make their power stronger. Hence why the speech at the beginning of episode 1
Updated theory: The listener is from a separate plane of reality. A reality where time moves slower than the outside of that plane. So if say a few years in the plane equals roughly a couple hundred years outside that plane. Our set of power could be virtue of an absorption of certain energy that can shift the past slightly. I also feel that as our character starts to remember (because amnesia can be seen as a way to revert a character) who we are the more of a threat we'll be perceived as. (probably Albus will pick up on this first and raise some vague concerns to hip switch).
Also the static voice may not be a separate entity at all and is an extension of someone else.

After sometime of watching this, I have the theory that the protagonist might have a power similar to Silver Wolf from Honkai: SR that has the hability to hack reality.
Me very much a woman everytime they say he or man : “yes I am strong man now” but seriously love this so much love the acting and the voices and the effects ughhh it’s so good

Maybe something about slight changes to reality? Like said the video the ability to "rewrite things"
Like for the red mystic bit changing components of something into something similar(still booze just different type?). I also have some ideas about our past. One of these is that the static voice throughout this is a rival or something in that vein that has a similar or exact same ability who is trying to prove something(maybe a bet, theory or a game or sorts of trying to change things without breaking reality completely.) Which is why they made the comment of being stronger and wanting to "win" this. It also could account for the voice loss because our ability or a more powerful control is having a voice to channel through. (I've noticed that the power doesn't really tend to activate unless something is said about it or at least a clear picture to it in our minds or someone else's) But those are just my observations.
The intro on this is just top-tier. I feel like I used to feel going into the movies... that thrill of a perfect soundtrack and perfectly synced graphics bringing me into the movie world. Except this is way better than a movie: unique story, great acting, immersive world... This was awesome!

The characters are so colorful, it's such a joy to hang around them! Our dearest old friend Albus, aggressively flirting with everything that moves as always, and yet somehow comfortable to befriends with (we all love him for that demeanor of his), adorable Mahatma with his charismatic chaotic-mess second personality Atilla (i was so scared by the last one at the first episode, but now i'm glad we kinda made up with them - thanks god you think we are boring, Atilla, thanks god.. now can i befriend Mahatma? please? but seriously, i would love to know them better) and our "softy" Hipswitch of course (ok, i get it, there will never be series without love-line if it's not 'parent-child'. well, at least we have Albus's priceless teasing). What a crew, huh.. I love it.
BTW, the opening song really sets the mood - i had a goosebombs of exitment when i heard it.
And that fighting scene in a bar is definitely my favorite one (it just may be my favorite scene from all rp audio that i've ever heard..) - all this chaos make me laugh so much, seriously, you made my day. I know i'll be listening the part from the start of the video and to the 20:30 again not once and not twice, lol.
I can't wait for the continuation of this exciting adventure! Thank you all for the excellente work!💛 You have my admaration and loud applause!
