If i remember it correct from past episodes of the series the person talking to guardian (us) in the cell was guardians former Husband who the guardian (us) had to kill because he became corrupted by power and turned evil. The guardian still loves/misses him tho. I cannot remember however what the husbands name was and what exactly happened i would need to rewatch for that. Maybe someone else can give more intel then i can😊
the man that was talking to us in magruis, the guardian's former husband who after years and years of tries gave up and let his evil powers consume him (much like makk here) it's what made the guardian become the guardian and kill him, they were still deeply in love when that happened, you can see their final moments 2 or so episodes back
