There was a big open new position that opened up and rumor had it my coworker/ good friend was gonna get that position. I knew it was all lies and jealousy because he was very good at his job and he wasn’t there as long as the others . Long story short he quit before those snakes bit him . I myself quit a few weeks later after hearing those people openly trash talk him and joke around that the competition is gone . I was shocked . I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s why they went after Vic . Maybe we will never know why they did what they did .
Just gonna say it, but this man is a Saint. Back in 2006, I was taking a mandatory class where we were to interview someone in the field we were planning to go into. I was a theatre major and I asked Vic via email if he'd be willing to talk. I came back home with my parents from dinner one night to find Ed Elric on my answering machine saying he'd tried me on my cell and home and was unable to reach me. He said he'd try one more time and then maybe it wasn't meant to be. I was screaming. 😂 I let everyone I knew hear it. I even recorded it on mp3. I went to school and as I walked in the door to class, I realized I had missed another call. I called it back, and by some miracle, it wasn't blocked. A voice said "Hello?" I said I'd missed a call from this number and Ed's laugh came from over the speaker. My heart was in my throat. "Vic, is that you?? Hang on one sec--" I promptly told my teacher that I was on the phone with my interviewee and then spent the next hour or so talking in a stairwell with Vic about the nature of voice acting and how the job worked. I never. EVER. Forgot it. He was kinder and spent more time than he rightly should have getting ahold of me. Thank you, Vic. 🥳💕🎊
I'm a devout Atheist but I'm the type to spend hours talking to Mormons who come to the door. If you have a friend that wants to convert you, you should take that with high respect. It means the Christian values you high enough to want to save your soul. Just because I don't believe God exist doesn't mean I shouldn't understand their value structure. I love talking about it with others.

I met this man only a few months before all of this happened. He ASKED IF HE COULD HUG ME. No one is a saint, but this man was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. He was always nice to the staff and the fans. I'm so done with people attacking this man.
I was a handler at a convention where Vic was one of the stars. I was not at his table, which i was so glad i wasn't because his table was so busy. Everyone was so trilled to see him. From what i was, he was trying very hard to make the experience so exciting for his fans. He was very friendly to everyone.
I remember when the news came out about Vic about in early 2019. I wasn't aware of who he was until then but I sensed something wasn't right when I read about the allegations. Given the response of those in anime fan community who came out to defend Vic and finding out that he was a Christian, solidified my position with #IStandWithVic. What hurt me most was one of the voice actors who I knew before this and enjoyed his work was one of the ones who jumped on the Cancel Vic Wagon (prefer not to say his name). I soon canceled my Funimation subscription and when asked I cited their horrible treatment of Vic was the reason why.

I was horrified and absolutely grieving when the mob went after Vic. I knew it would happen one day because he was the guy who actively and actually cared for his fans, and is a hardcore Christian. I knew people would try to destroy him because we went to cons where he attended and he always did Sunday Con Church, singing and praying and playing guitar. No one can look at how passionate and convicted he got with those "You're going to Hell" con protestors, literally screaming at them that "God loves those kids just as much as he loves you!" and not see what a truly loving man Vic is. I'm thrilled to see how much support he's getting. I hope to introduce him to our kids someday. 💕
As a father of all daughters I have always been a defender of women's rights and remain so, but when the Me Too movement blossomed and flourished so strongly I thought it could so easily be twisted into something dangerous, due to the BELIEVE HER aspect being so thoroughly accepted without the accused being given any opportunity for defense. I learned all this from Robert Greene's books. Also, it really helped me living overseas for years. In a situation like that, you're forced to think critically. If you don't, you'll suffer greatly. I've always love the Star Trek videos, I've heard Vic's other work but I always watch the subbed versions of anime except for FMA, been team Vic since this mess all started, it all just sounded so contrived, and it turned out to be contrived in court.

I wish more people would see this video. Vic has so much wisdom and I learned a lot from him in just this interview. It’s clear that he is a genuine human being who loves his friends and fans, and he deserves love and kindness. I used to work at an establishment and my quick learning skills and ability to complete sales made a former co-worker jealous. Working in sales, we had commission. This person didn't like that I was making more than them. They would be way too open towards me, while I didn't really want to be too open towards them. Not in an insulting way, but in a professional way because we were only colleagues. Long story short, I quit that job. Because their harassment became too much to handle. I didn't hate the field I was in, just that I disliked the way I was being treated. And I know what it's like to be pushed out of doing something you love. It hurts, it truly does. I hope the best for Vic because he is truly a delight to be around. All I saw in 2019 was that people got jealous of Vic's status in the VA industry. Not only Vic; however, they also tried targeting Todd Haberkorn as well. I cannot believe that they get away with this unjust and unprofessional behavior. So much time has past, so all I can do is have faith that Vic is living his best life right now. I truly wish the best for him present and future.
You are completely correct. Monica's hate was honestly just jealousy. From the trail there's a part where she brings up Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle which they both voiced in. She mentions how Vic's name is on the box but she's the main character. She's not the main character- Syaoran is. Vic's name is not on any physical release. Pretty sure Vic's character Fai has far more lines than Monica's character Sakura. Either way it was petty. You can tell in that one trail clip it was out of jealousy for her.

Then they say they think about it in 2018-2019 that they didn't like the photo, they NOW think Vic's vibes were weird. Why now when they were so excited back then? Why didn't they share their discomfort right off the bat? They weren't hiding this information out of fear of being called a liar. They weren't speaking publically either. Hate just breeds more hate and some people are just drinking the kool-aid. I'm reading the 75+ page reports, I'm watching the 6-9 hour long videos of this case, I've been looking into allegations against him from 2014-2019 and cannot see a single allegation that holds true to their story. For NDA purposes, I cannot name names, however, I saw a reddit post describing a meeting with Vic. When I asked this person over another social media platform about their story, 1/2 of their story changed from three years to now. Monica even stated that they collected more affidavits but did not want to share them because it would have been ovek*ll. While I say that is complete BS. If you have the alleged evidence, then it should be used. Monica only wanted to get Vic's case dismissed, that was all. If she had enough statements notarized, the judge would've had to drop the case based on the fact that there was no DEFINITIVE evidence. Affidavits are just written statements notarized and collected as evidence. They don't even have to be true to be considered evidence, so they're heresay. This case has just been devastating to watch.
I've met Mr. Mignona a couple of times accompanying my daughter to various conventions. He was always a model for what an actor or entertainer should be. I pray his career is greater in the future than ever in his past.
Some of the really strange things people did to try to make Vic look bad was to edit an old video that showed him after he'd just gotten done at a convention and was talking with the uploader of the video, and he gently took the mic to speak into it better, and they edited it to make it look ruder. The original video was found pretty easily, but it just goes to show how strange this whole thing was.
Vic Mignogna was my inspiration to learn some songs by a Japanese pop idol who unfortunately took her life in 1986. The year before I was born. She took her life by jumping off of her agency building at Sun music in Shinjuku Tokyo Japan. She was dealing with depression. And my own depression just got even worse when I saw a documentary about her and unfortunately saw a picture of her on the ground after she jumped. But I wasn't going to let it get me completely down, I wanted to do something with that sadness and the inspiration that Vic gave me with his singing and his anime voice acting. her name was Yukiko Okada. I've learned three of her songs on my own with no coaching and no language teachers. Those three songs are "Kuchibiru Network" "Love Fair" and Hana no Image". That third song on my small list is one that was released after her death. It was set to come out in 1986 but after the tragedy, they waited until the 90s to put it out.
I've followed Vic's story since the very beginning. At first, I didn't know what to believe but wanted him to get a fair trial either way. Now, nearly 4 years later I'm sure that he could never do any of these things he was accused of. I hope all the best for him and hope I get the chance to meet him someday.

Vic, you have never struck me as a lecherous type. I didn't buy the negativity against you even after watching several accusatory videos about it. After all this falderol, I met a celeb at a con, asked to take a pic together, went to pose with arm around his back and he stepped to the side. I was nonplussed. I stood with my arms at my side and thought that he had bad thoughts about my friendly attention. I wasn't flirtatious. My family was surrounding me and he knew them. I won't be asking him for any photos or be playing any games with him either. I still feel so awkward about that incident. Also, check out 1John 5:19.
I got to meet this great man a few weeks ago on a tour of his studio in GA where he starred and directed in a great reprise of the original Star Trek. Only someone with real passion would put all that he did into that place and keep it running along with the staff there (which are great bunch of people) when anyone else would have shut it down shortly after finishing. He gives tours monthly there for fans and he was so full of energy and didnt just go thru a script of what to look at, he told the stories of filming good and bad, and also the very embarrassingly funny.
I feel so bad for what happened to Vic. It's so insanely ridiculous, I can't even fathom having to deal with that kind of shit. Vic has done so many shows I loved when I was younger, and I will always love and appreciate the passion he put into his work. Because even as a kid/young adult I could tell how much he loved doing voice acting from just how amazing he was in those roles.

When the whole Vic thing happened, I was going to go to the anime con in Milwaukee, that was going to happen a week after the cancelling happened. However, because I didn't like people judging someone without proof, I decided to boycott the convention. He wasn't even going to be a guest there. I just felt the need to not support that sort of thing.

I've really come to appreciate and respect Vic over the years. I was first introduced to him when i was playing Persona 3, and after learning about what happened to him I feel so sorry for him. Also he's a very respectable man of faith, and even tho Im not a practicer of religion I love to hear him talk about God and Christianity. I hope he can live a much happier life now after the legal matters

Vic's a talented and notable voice actor, but more importantly starred as Captain Kirk in Star Trek Continues, a very low budget but high quality extension of the original star trek that ran on youtube for a few years. It's a great show!
I'm an agnostic, I believe there's a god but he's not really a big part of my life. That being said, I wouldn't judge Vic or Keri or anyone for their faith and I don't mind listening to people talk about their faith, even though I don't personally share it.

He plays the main character Edward Elric in both Fullmetal alchemist anime and he's absolutely incredible in the role some of his best voice over work imo and I highly recommend both anime they are absolutely amazing. no wonder the people at Funimation were jealous of him the guy can really act

I was horrified and absolutely grieving when the mob went after Vic. I knew it would happen one day because he was the guy who actively and actually cared for his fans, and is a hardcore Christian. I knew people would try to destroy him because we went to cons where he attended and he always did Sunday Con Church, singing and praying and playing guitar. No one can look at how passionate and convicted he got with those "You're going to Hell" con protestors, literally screaming at them that "God loves those kids just as much as he loves you!" and not see what a truly loving man Vic is. I'm thrilled to see how much support he's getting. I hope to introduce him to our kids someday. 💕

As a father of all daughters I have always been a defender of women's rights and remain so, but when the Me Too movement blossomed and flourished so strongly I thought it could so easily be twisted into something dangerous, due to the BELIEVE HER aspect being so thoroughly accepted without the accused being given any opportunity for defense. I learned all this from Robert Greene's books. Also, it really helped me living overseas for years. In a situation like that, you're forced to think critically. If you don't, you'll suffer greatly. I used to work at an establishment and my quick learning skills and ability to complete sales made a former co-worker jealous. Working in sales, we had commission. This person didn't like that I was making more than them. They would be way too open towards me, while I didn't really want to be too open towards them. Not in an insulting way, but in a professional way because we were only colleagues.
Long story short, I quit that job. Because their harassment became too much to handle. I didn't hate the field I was in, just that I disliked the way I was being treated. And I know what it's like to be pushed out of doing something you love. It hurts, it truly does.
I hope the best for Vic because he is truly a delight to be around. All I saw in 2019 was that people got jealous of Vic's status in the VA industry. Not only Vic; however, they also tried targeting Todd Haberkorn as well. I cannot believe that they get away with this unjust and unprofessional behavior. So much time has past, so all I can do is have faith that Vic is living his best life right now. I truly wish the best for him present and future.
You are completely correct. Monica's hate was honestly just jealousy. From the trail there's a part where she brings up Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle which they both voiced in. She mentions how Vic's name is on the box but she's the main character.
She's not the main character- Syaoran is. Vic's name is not on any physical release. Pretty sure Vic's character Fai has far more lines than Monica's character Sakura. Either way it was petty. You can tell in that one trail clip it was out of jealousy for her.

I'm glad you agree and can see the light of day. I keep getting videos about how people are SO EXCITED to meet Vic for the first time between 2014-2015. Then they say they think about it in 2018-2019 that they didn't like the photo, they NOW think Vic's vibes were weird. Why now when they were so excited back then? Why didn't they share their discomfort right off the bat? They weren't hiding this information out of fear of being called a liar. They weren't speaking publically either. Hate just breeds more hate and some people are just drinking the kool-aid.
I'm reading the 75+ page reports, I'm watching the 6-9 hour long videos of this case, I've been looking into allegations against him from 2014-2019 and cannot see a single allegation that holds true to their story. For NDA purposes, I cannot name names, however, I saw a reddit post describing a meeting with Vic. When I asked this person over another social media platform about their story, 1/2 of their story changed from three years to now.
Monica even stated that they collected more affidavits but did not want to share them because it would have been ovek*ll. While I say that is complete BS. If you have the alleged evidence, then it should be used. Monica only wanted to get Vic's case dismissed, that was all. If she had enough statements notarized, the judge would've had to drop the case based on the fact that there was no DEFINITIVE evidence. Affidavits are just written statements notarized and collected as evidence. They don't even have to be true to be considered evidence, so they're heresay.
This case has just been devastating to watch.
I've met Mr. Mignona a couple of times accompanying my daughter to various conventions. He was always a model for what an actor or entertainer should be. I pray his career is greater in the future than ever in his past.
Some of the really strange things people did to try to make Vic look bad was to edit an old video that showed him after he'd just gotten done at a convention and was talking with the uploader of the video, and he gently took the mic to speak into it better, and they edited it to make it look ruder. The original video was found pretty easily, but it just goes to show how strange this whole thing was.

Vic Mignogna was my inspiration to learn some songs by a Japanese pop idol who unfortunately took her life in 1986. The year before I was born. She took her life by jumping off of her agency building at Sun music in Shinjuku Tokyo Japan. She was dealing with depression. And my own depression just got even worse when I saw a documentary about her and unfortunately saw a picture of her on the ground after she jumped. But I wasn't going to let it get me completely down, I wanted to do something with that sadness and the inspiration that Vic gave me with his singing and his anime voice acting. her name was Yukiko Okada. I've learned three of her songs on my own with no coaching and no language teachers. Those three songs are "Kuchibiru Network" "Love Fair" and Hana no Image". That third song on my small list is one that was released after her death. It was set to come out in 1986 but after the tragedy, they waited until the 90s to put it out.
I've followed Vic's story since the very beginning. At first, I didn't know what to believe but wanted him to get a fair trial either way. Now, nearly 4 years later I'm sure that he could never do any of these things he was accused of. I hope all the best for him and hope I get the chance to meet him someday.

What this guy endured, I could only imagine, and the fact that he's still the way he is after all that is a testament to his character and worthy of eternal respect. I sincerely hope one day I get to meet him to tell him that in person. On a side note, I'm going to fan expo here in Toronto in a couple of weeks, and Christopher Sabat will be there. I plan on walking by and saying something hopefully loud enough for him to hear me, but I can't decide if I should simply say "I stand with Vic" or "Sabat sucks!"

Vic, you have never struck me as a lecherous type. I didn't buy the negativity against you even after watching several accusatory videos about it. After all this falderol, I met a celeb at a con, asked to take a pic together, went to pose with arm around his back and he stepped to the side. I was nonplussed. I stood with my arms at my side and thought that he had bad thoughts about my friendly attention. I wasn't flirtatious. My family was surrounding me and he knew them. I won't be asking him for any photos or be playing any games with him either. I still feel so awkward about that incident. Also, check out 1John 5:19.
I got to meet this great man a few weeks ago on a tour of his studio in GA where he starred and directed in a great reprise of the original Star Trek. Only someone with real passion would put all that he did into that place and keep it running along with the staff there (which are great bunch of people) when anyone else would have shut it down shortly after finishing. He gives tours monthly there for fans and he was so full of energy and didnt just go thru a script of what to look at, he told the stories of filming good and bad, and also the very embarrassingly funny.

I feel so bad for what happened to Vic. It's so insanely ridiculous, I can't even fathom having to deal with that kind of shit. Vic has done so many shows I loved when I was younger, and I will always love and appreciate the passion he put into his work. Because even as a kid/young adult I could tell how much he loved doing voice acting from just how amazing he was in those roles.

When the whole Vic thing happened, I was going to go to the anime con in Milwaukee, that was going to happen a week after the cancelling happened. However, because I didn't like people judging someone without proof, I decided to boycott the convention. He wasn't even going to be a guest there. I just felt the need to not support that sort of thing.

I've really come to appreciate and respect Vic over the years. I was first introduced to him when i was playing Persona 3, and after learning about what happened to him I feel so sorry for him. Also he's a very respectable man of faith, and even tho Im not a practicer of religion I love to hear him talk about God and Christianity. I hope he can live a much happier life now after the legal matters

He plays the main character Edward Elric in both Fullmetal alchemist anime and he's absolutely incredible in the role some of his best voice over work imo and I highly recommend both anime they are absolutely amazing. no wonder the people at Funimation were jealous of him the guy can really act
