Actually, the guitar and keyboard were played by his good friend, victorthegiuitarnerd (now a guitar player for the metal band ELEINE). Dan says he can play some instruments but not well enough to perform them -- but enough to know the capabilities of the instruments in his role as composer! Thank you for your reaction!

How he can switch so easily between raspy & clear note baffles me. That's what makes him a true metal artist, he's never stuck in just one or the other. Then he turns on his bonus notes of whispers, growls, screams, in many of his songs, while his entire body expresses the meanings of the verses/ words. But the guy playing keyboard and guitars in this one is a Swedish guy who calls himself Victor the guitar nerd. He is an amazing guitarist you will hear play in several of Dan's videos, but he also a channel of his own with phenomenal guitarmusic.
Definitely do O Holy Night, and his other Christmas songs, too! The way Dan does them, they're not just for Christmas anymore! Also, The Sound Of Silence will always be special to me because it was my entry into the rabbit hole of Dan Vasc music, but my favorite is absolutely which ever one im listening to at the moment.
