I follow a TH-camr called Itchy Boots who travels the world on a motorcycle. She went to Northern India last year and said the chai tea there is the best in the world. (She managed to film the young people jumping from that building into the pool.)
Look at you go girl ;) I've only traveled a few times on my own and it was only here in Canada or to USA .. my friends and family were crazy worried. I'm probably close to your age and lately I don't know if I would still have the nerve lol. Good for you, for just getting out there and doing it on your own. India through your eyes is beautiful! Life is short and as we get older we realize that even more .. do it while you can enjoy it ... be safe my friend ;) Don't take candy from strangers lol. Your online friend, Donna (aka Sunshine)
You know, I had to look that up! It represents Mother Earth, as it is a source of goodness and its milk nourishes all creatures. Krishna, a central Hindu deity, is often portrayed in stories recounting his life as a cowherd and referring to him as the child who protects cows.
Oops! I'm late to the video. Lady, you are brave. I don't think I would have the guts to do this alone. But, wow! So many beautiful places. I dated a guy from India who for bit in the 90s. I don't remember what area he was from though. He was very sweet to me, but very needy. And, when we went out to eat he was rude to the wait staff. So, I said bye-bye. Anyway, The men in the turbans are probably Sikh. I was wondering if you saw evidence of the British colonial period. I'm glad you found some great stuff for your shop. I know you wanted to get more. Maybe next time!😊
You know, I don’t actually. I believe that the majority of people in the world are kind and that’s really been my experience. But I also try to always be aware of my surroundings and I don’t wander around at night in the dark.
This was an amazing trip. You’re so brave and adventurous to wander around and explore new places. I admire you for that Abigail!
Thanks! It’s been a dream of mine since I was a little girl to travel the world.

You should! People were so very kind and helpful to me even when we couldn’t communicate. With the internet it is easier than ever.

Yes they are! Jamaica was actually one country I felt rather nervous in. But it was so beautiful and I throughly enjoyed it.
Interesting place.

Thanks! If you get the itch, go, because the other thing with age is your more relaxed about things. And yes, no candy from strangers!!
Loving your vlogs on your travels in India! So unique from our life in the US! Do you know why the cow is so sacred?

The trains were a British legacy but otherwise you can’t tell the British were ever there.
Do you ever feel unsafe traveling alone. I continue to travel with you!

I try to limit the amount of Indian music I hear because it makes me hungry every time.
