Thanks so much for this tutorial! I just bought these from Amazon, but they didn't come with instructions. Therefore, your tutorial is just what I needed!
Thank you Betz, greetings from the land of down under. This video very good indeed - often wondered how to do this. By the way I love that tray you have underneath your machine.....
Absolutely enjoyed your video, excellent viewing, learning experience, I love learning new things. This caught my interest because I like dressing up in a suit, tie, hanky etc. In the hanky area, always needed something to hold it in place like folded. Did a search online and found holders for up to $30 for a single holder. I started thinking, "I have 2 sewing machines, one industrial and the other a household model, and some experience sewing things like upholstery, pillows, stools, etc., thinking further, "I should try and make some holders". After finding the spring flex frames on Ebay, I then searched TH-cam and found your well done video. Wow, I thought, now have found the confidence to make a hanky holder, because in principal it is like the little snap/flex pouches in your video of , thanks so much again, I now subscribe.
This was a wonderful tutorial. Thank you very much. Do you have a tutorial on suggestions for dimensions, materials, instructions for an eyeglasses flex frame case? I really enjoy this tutorial. I found it very concise and very do-able to follow. Thank you very much.
Found your page searching for flex frame. Thank you for an easily explained tutorial. I adore your little purses, how cute. I am hoping to do a glasses case with the same size flex frame, I’m wondering if it will be wide enough, will have to re measure as I was going to use a purse clasp at first. I have subscribed. X
Thank you for the video. I just received my flex frames today. I also love your change purse. Do you have a tutorial or pattern for these? I would love to try and make one.
Thanks! I never thought it would be this easy! By the way, what do u call that wire or fram that shapes up a bag? It is mostly used on backpacks or travel bags.
I got my flex frame order and there’s another part which is 1 1/2 inch long with the rounded corner at one end. What is the purpose of that clip! Thanks.
Love your small purses, Betz. They are absolutely adorable. Loved the way you did the tutorial, too

Great. Thanks for showing me how to do this :-)

Where do you purchase the flex frames? I haven’t seen them in the notions section of my local fabric/craft stores.
Have a look on Aliexpress
I get mine on ebay, from hong kong. I get 10 for $3. It takes awhile, so I order B4 I run out.
Check Amazon.com; type in "metal internal flex frames."
Do you sell patterns for the purses? They are so cute.
Yes! shop.betzwhite.com/collections/sewing-patterns-pdf/products/tutti-fruity-penny-pincher-pdf-pattern
Betz, What keeps the pin from falling out?
The tension of the interlocking ends of the frame pieces hold the pin in. It's a tight fit.
That's really cute, but the previous steps to have the little bag done?
The instructions for making the pouches are available in my shop: shop.betzwhite.com
Thank you.
Any patterns
