How to Sprout Matki - Sprouting Moth Beans at Home

Easiest way to Sprout Matki at home.
Involves 3 basic steps
1: Soak Matki (Moth Beans) for 12 hours in water
2: Drain all the water using a strainer
3: Place a porous cloth over a large Bowl and pour the soaked Matki over it
4: Cover using the same cloth and keep away for 12 hours.
5: After 12 hours, your Sprouted Matki should be ready :)
TIP: Remember to drain all the water post soaking. If you fail to do so, your sprouted Matki will smell bad.
