Elle Juliet her handstands were in a hollow position but the lady probably meant to say hollow but she ended up saying pike because it was too fast to think of the word that she meant to say. But she is supposed to be in a hollow position which she is, as long as her body is all the way up to the average.
There is a small range you need to be within to hit a “vertical” handstand. I think its 85˚ - 90˚ (90˚ is completely vertical, 85˚ is a little short of vertical, but still really really close).
I would have given it a 9.5-9.7, but she still did better than I cold ever dream of doing. I just noticed some issues with not completely pointed toes and missing her handstands. Still a great routine, but not worthy of a 10.0 in my opinion.
Rising Stars Even though I didn't think it was a 10.0, College gymnastics judging is way easier. They don't count the flexed toes or those little details.

an NCAA routine of this caliber is 9.8+ minimum, you only get a 8.5 in college with two falls
