Thanks, it's just soluble cutting fluid, seems to improve the cut quality, I've also had good success with Inox Lanox (Lanolin based lubricant) for cutting aluminium especially with small cutters and gummy aluminium.
that machine RIPS and such a nice surface finish too , seems like it trammed perfectly , wat kind of router did you used as the small router at the end of the vid wasnt the one machining at the start
I used a Teknomotor 1.6KW spindle, although the surface quality should be attainable with any spindle. It was this cnc router chris-builds.com/index.php/steel-ally-cnc-router but like the previous machine it is also sold, I have more interest in building them than running them and also the plan was to move house when I got my full time job which never happened.
Also to get the head trammed in almost perfect I used the Mini Pro Tram from Edge Technologies, its not too expensive and is very good quality, they're sold on ebay by the user machine_dro I can highly recommend them.
