    I need this thank you I rolled my ankle or sprained it Saturday on 26th of August it hurts when you doing those exercises but it’s helps so i thank you 💯💪🏾

      Heyy if it's a sprain. Don't exercise it now. Give it complete rest. This isn't the time to exercise. Just rest

    When should you start doing these? Because a lot of sources recomend not stretching the bands until they are healed.

      Might be too late for OP, but for anyone finding themselves here in the future: you should definitely consult a physician/physiotherapist if you can, but a lot of sources recommend allowing pain to be your guide. You're safe to do it as long as there's no pain or swelling. If it hurts or swells, you should either scale back the exercise or avoid it all together until your healing has progressed a little bit more. But don't even fucking *think* about rehab until you've visited a doctor and ruled out possible fractures or ligament tears. If you haven't yet, go do it *right now*.
      Don't rush this! Take it slow, one step at a time. Let your body do its thing and you'll be back out there in no time.

    Excellent demo very useful even i am using to my patients with lateral ankle sprain ....theraband exs enhance good strength and proprioception prevent recurrences

    Does walking on it hurt alot? i just sprained my ankle falling from the stairs and it hurts ALOT to even move it by an inch and I'm too scared to put pressure on it. Its just alot of pain to touch and move it.

    I already do eversion and inversion exercises with bamds every day. But are tib raises and calf raises the same as Dorsiflexion and Plantar Flexion?

    Fell downstairs a month back and sprained my ankle and bruised the foot. Inner ankle still not completely repaired. I think I’ll try these. Every time I try to push it like it’s normal, it swells up and I’m back with ice,, lol

    I have pain in ankle because of football but it's not bad as a sprain its just something and I don't want to take rest....it's in my main foot...i cant take rest i just want to play football what do I do ??

    I was playing gk,i jumped to catch the ball but when the fall down i hurt my ankle

    I had pain for three years after an ankle sprain and would limp. Then I had the urge to just move the feet just on their own using front and heel to go forwards sideways and backwards over 20 meters . This made me pronate and supinate to extreme after a few sessions all pain and the limp disappeared.

      These flat ones are called therabands.
      But you can also use a very light resistance band.

    I need my ankle to stop hurting or else i can’t do sport.. ever since i rolled it it’s been hurting so bad-
    So my ankle is fine now but my right achilles tendon hurts really bad all the time

      @@Jaywrites23 I honestly have no idea what’s wrong with it .. when i went to the doctor he told me it was growing pains since i am still growing but i kinda figured it was something more. i am kinda scared now that u mentioned it could rupture haha… 🥶it’s like when i do a jump like a ballerina jump it really hurts and sometimes just randomly it will start hurting. my mom bought me a small strap like brace but idk if it does anything, but i do wear it when i’m tumbling or at chee
      sorry it’s long lol
