Dr, there is this REMS ultrasound test that is an alternative or supplement to Dexa. But it is relatively still new and many countries do not have it. I learnt it from Dr Doug of Dr Doug's Show. It is more accurate that Dexa supposedly and gives you fracture risk. I also agree on taking progesterone, even if you do not have estrogen, for the reasons your explained. Appreciate your video, I picked up valuable knowledge.
Excellent job! Also I got a question, is it possible to start HRT to a woman who is 64 and been post menopause around 25 years? She has been diagnosed with osteoporosis for several years.
According to the treatment guidelines for use of HRT for osteoporosis, it is possible but one needs to have a consult with the prescribing doctor to be sure 👍
Excellent, very useful and perfectly explained, thank you!!!❤
You're very welcome!☺️

Which vaginal progesterone do you suggest?I found Cyclogest excellent but here in the UK my doctor is no longer allowed to prescribe this
Hmm, there’s also Crinone but not sure if that’s available in the UK!
