Tribal label, in India, has a negative connotation as if they were some poor backward community. They certainly are living a life better than most Indians, and definitely a living standard of a 1st world country. I live in the West, and to get that view and clean air, you will have to pay thousands of dollars to afford this kind of luxury, which most Indians can't.
This is absolutely a masterpiece of great idea and patience. I think this will motivate many Himachali to build beautiful houses in Himachal instead of buying flats in Chandigarh at crazy rates.
Motivation is one thing but not everyone is lucky as you and have no land on which they build a dream house,so they end up in buying flats in other states.
