- The cinematic version of my The Witcher 3 walkthrough. Maximum immersion combined with very elaborate montage with huge attention to details. All main storyline missions, all dialogues with the only necessary amount of gameplay. 4K resolution, ultra graphics settings + nearly 30 graphic mods. Death March difficulty mode. Part 1 of 5.

I started this walkthrough in October 2019 and finished it in May 2020. It was a huge but interesting work, where I aimed to create the best walkthrough of The Witcher 3 on TH-cam and achieve maximum immersion and atmosphere by a very careful approach towards gameplay and in-game choices improved by dozens of mods. I had to replay and rerecord many episodes many times to make as good footage as possible. I've been using different outfits of the main characters, changing Geralt's builds several times, collecting and improving all witcher sets, using walking instead of running to add more realism, turning subtitles on only where it's necessary. And, of course, the montage process.. it's taken almost the same amount of time as the walkthrough itself.
Hope you all will enjoy this movie-walkthrough for this is my biggest and the most ambitious work in the "game movie" genre of all time of the CINEMATIC GAMING channel. Enjoy!
The graphic mods I used in this playthrough (no lighting mods):
HDReworkedProject, IncreasedDrawDistance, UltraGrass (starting from Skellige), ImprovedSigneffects, betterfx, 4kClouds, NovigradReloaded, SkelligeWinterWeather (at the end only), BetterTorches, MoreShadows, New Fires, NextGenHayStack, Scabbards, Hairwind, NoDirtyLensEffect, Blood, CompleteAnimations, ImmersiveRealtimeCutscenes, WolfMedallionThinStreak, outfit mods like NewGriffinArmor (in Kaer Morhen) and ConceptArtBearArmor (in the ending), new dresses for Ciri, Triss, Margarita and Philippa (in the ending).
There were no lighting mods here. I'm planning to use them in my walkthroughs of the DLCs.

yeah, it's 28 hours in 5 videos. though I cut some unnecessary episodes and side quests like the quests with Hattori and var Attre sisters. the game movie turned out that long nonetheless

I would like to see all the cutscene, but english is not my native language. Not having subtitles, its a bit turn off I gues.. Even thou it just a simple english. But it is what it is i guess. Overall, the quality is superb, just the subtitle is the issue here..

The first 3 minutes got me stoked as all get out to play this gem again.
Speaking of gems, Nutflix sure wasted a golden opportunity by screwing up the show to the point the main actor wanted to leave after all but demanding/begging for the role. Dumbasses. What a waste of a great I.P.!

Excellent!!! This video is exactly what I was hoping to find, thank you so much! The one very small suggestion for this type of thing I'd give is to try to get footage of the gameplay with the HUD turned entirely off, otherwise this is perfect :)

Tragic that you didn't include subtitles. It's the equivalent of deliberately cutting out a large portion of your potential viewerbase. Oh well. There's other Game Movie uploads of the Witcher for me to watch, though I acknowledge they're not as high quality as this.
there's nothing complicated in this game's type of English, it's not harder than a primary school English course. it's not Cyberpunk 2077. subtitles are not necessary here. besides, subtitles ruin immersion and cinematic picture

@@ExtremeGamingHD3D I disagree vehemently. Your reply merely underlines your ignorance, which is a honest shame. Though decently fluent, I'm not a native speaker of english and subtitles help me, and literally billions of others, to have a far greater grasp of dialogue and events happening on-screen. In fact, it's incredibly immersion-breaking and destroys the 'purity' of the Movie-watching experience when I have to stop the video and replay a scene to deciphering a word or sentence. When that happens five-six times in the span of an hour? Yikes.

@@ExtremeGamingHD3D Just gonna say I agree with subtitles and immersion. This obviously took loads of work for anyone to complain is just pretty depressing tbh. There are many versions of the game movie with subtitles. When you have a modded out version meant to be as realistic as possible you drop subtitles. Not a hard choice. Great work my guy.
@@Mahdis8kParadise if he removed subtitles why not go all the way and remove all of the GUI? I dunno about you but the huge fucking health bar and minimap are way more immersion breaking than subtitles
