Honestly, treetop walks in the rain are the best. We had the same last time we went down south and walked the Giants in Western Australia. Happy to see you enjoying our great land

I love Australia. I definitely want to go someday. I live in Canada and we are fortunate to live near a kangaroo ranch. My hubby and I got to hold joeys it was awesome.

I'm so grateful we are spoilt with high food quality here. Like on one hand, the TGA is super strict on food and drug quality and manufacturing. Agricultural laws and animal safety, keeping pests put etc etc just next level. Like, they call us a police state with all the rules and regulations sometimes, but then you get this! Protected fauna and flora and amazing food haha
Ricardo cut his hair! I loved seeing how happy you were with the kangaroos. I am still crying over my Princess Sakura. I made it 2.5 days ( I had a complete breakdown Friday morning receiving a card from her vets sending their condolences.) without crying. It will hit hard alone all week cause Cliff works afternoons into nights. ❤ 😊 I am getting a paw print they did in clay, I have a Cameo broach and put a lock of her fur and a perfect claw. They will live together. Ok I am done. No more mascot. 😢
What a beautiful trip! I love the different road signs in different states/coutnries. I have seen tortoise crossing, deer, quail, bear, crocodile, donkey/burro, and moose! Would love to see a koala crossing sign! Thank you for taking us along and so glad you and Ricardo had another amazing time away together.

When I was at the visitor centre near the 12 Apostles many years ago, I saw an eastern brown snake along the walls of the visitor centre. There were tourist taking photos and thankfully they all knew to keep away. In truth sakes will leave you alone if you don't harass or corner them. Make sure you pay attention where you step and make plenty of noise in the Australian bush.

We travelled the Great Ocean Rd 2 years ago. For me a reprise to my first trip along that road in the late seventies. Once upon a time you could stop at any number of roadside viewpoints to enjoy the scenery but not any more. Judicious laws outlawing stopping on the road at specific points along with the manufactured blocking of scenic spots and the funnelling of the public into a tourist trap is as bad an example of artificially capturing a market as you can get. A disappointing outcome to view the 12 apostles as corruption can engineer. Welcome to Australia, a country that boasts officially sanctioned and promoted aggressive price gouging as a vital exploitable resource to the point that an extremely wealthy country leaves large portions of its citizens in economic despair.
