Hmmm I used to love Erykah Badu’s music however, ever I didn’t realize she practiced magic. Ezekiel 13:18 and say, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Woe to the women who sew magic charms on all their wrists and make veils of various lengths for their heads in order to ensnare people. Will you ensnare the lives of my people but preserve your own? I pray she repents and seeks forgiveness for her practices. She’s a beautiful woman but definitely lost.

I watched her interview this morning she's utterly a fascinating talented lady!
As a Hospice Volunteer Manager, her quote about ushering the beautiful souls of hospice patients out of “this world”, hit me right in my heart.
To be of service and witness those coming in and leaving, is such a beautiful gift to those who are in the hands of people like her.
Of course, this type of volunteer opportunity is not for everyone, but for those who “innerstand” the power of presence and the importance of that sacred space, it’s an absolute honor.

Indigenous Healers...often referred to as medicine wo(men) and shamans within their tribes were outcasted, dismissed, and belittled due to their practices being regarded as inferior and considered sorcery... there are altars in the church....which were adopted from the early christians then the greeks which were adopted from ancient Afrikans/Egyptians (Kemet). A lot of our history has been white washed, stolen, disregarded, discarded, and negatively stamped as sorcery so I implore our melaninated people to dig deep and do your own research to seek out the truth.
