This house is beautiful, but I hope there is a proper laundry room for wash and drier machines and also it should have a steam room and a sauna. Plus a garage door, hizo lazima
Boris the finishing of the house is excellent , the outside is spacious enough but a few things i dont like 1. The architectural outlook gives a hotel vibe 2. The house lacks a soul and warmth of a home. 3. 6m with no heated swimming pool. 4. The price is exaggerated look at similar houses in karen and kitusuru etc and for those reasons am out.
......all the mod coms. etc all, ok..... During the crucial discussions did anyone raise the matter of and or of challenges flat roofs in Nairobi????.a few years down the road rather expensive roof repairs will be on the maintenance card or someone will decide to go the Kenyan way of an unsightly pitched roof addendum similar to the rather incongruous ones which one now observes atop literally every high rise structure in Nairobi!!!!.....My take, more fitting for business space letting rather than residential ....as premises devoid of "a soul!!"
Well, interesting property but may I beg to digger from most of your opinions. 1- There is no way I would let someone who uses the language like “Take a sh*t) to advertise my high end property 2-It’s way overpriced. I work in the construction industry in the Uk and we’ve just done an amazing property in Hertfordshire. Just north of London and it’s on the market for less than this property, also comes with an annex and 7 acres of mature land, pool garage for 6 cars, cinema room and belongs to a legend footballer. 3- I understand they are trying to build a masterclass but the property looks more industrialised, humongous rooms which don’t give that cosy feeling. I personally would price the property at around 280m…. My views are mine.
Very bad idea having that green patch on the master bedroom balcony. Who's going to maintain it? No way would the gardener enter my bedroom, leave alone the house.
