Didn't know much about the housing out there or the country. Done my research and recently came across your channel and been impressed by most of your new builds. Planning on buying/building in Nairobi Kenya. I was skeptical about it until I found out about your buildings/investment projects. So far most of your houses are my cups of teas🫖🍵 looking forward to doing businesses/investments with you. Thanks!
If it had its own green field this would be a quick buy. I understand the location however and for the size it's actually impressive. Great review.....one of the best I've seen this year
The security system is not new but a more advanced, we had the motion detection and window security system from back in the days early 2000s at our home in Runda
Two things the developer should consider for their next project: a kitchenette in the master bedroom, and two toilets for the master bedroom (if you gotta go when one toilet is in use 😅)
the master bedroom is it for me though the wall where the headboard is at in the masterbedroom has a leakage, the fridge section is also very small for that house and the dsqs have no ventilations. also kindly advice the property owner to avoid wallpapers for such top notch houses, neutral colours or white paint would make it more exquisite

The pool is under construction ,there is only a front garden
