Catfish and Carp fishing the Tidal Basin in Washington D.C!! (BIG Fish and New Species)

On Sunday May 3rd 2021 I went to the tidal basin for the first time. Very fun trip and would recommend going. I was using chum baskets and hair rigs for the carp. In the chum I had panko, jello, and corn. For the catfish i was using chicken breast.
