Big Blue Catfish and Big Carp at the Tidal Basin in Washington D.C!! (Fishing the Tidal Basin)

On Saturday May 8th i went to the tidal basin. I was using chum baskets and hair rigs for the carp. In the chum I had panko, jello, and corn. For the catfish i was using chicken breast at first. With that i caught a big eel that i used for bait.
