I'm gonna honest with ya'll, but there were two things I forgot to mention : -The normal Megapon helmet is actually different in this prototype than in the JP version. It ressembles more the one of jester and you actually can see it when I talked about the Megapon's height in the UI. -Exclusive to the JP version of the game is a small tutorial upon booting up the game that shows how to advance in missions (how to PATA PATA PATA PON). In the prototype, this small tutorial is still present but it lacks any sounds and music, which makes it incomplete like the ending cutscene and the credits. Also small error from me : the Megapons being smaller in the UI here compared to the final version is bogus, they were and are still ALWAYS smaller than normal pons in the UI. To componsate for that, see the Megapon normal helmet fact above.
3:12 I am SO glad they changed that in the final version of the game. I'd be losing my mind if I heard that sound effect constantly, always checking on my patapons like "WHICH ONE DIED??!!! WHICH ONE DID I LOSE"
Fun fact : It took me more around 1 day to import this 34 minute video, this was mostly because for some reason, my internet decided to stop being useful for one moment. Btw, that amazing OP army at the end that I had was actually legit and I grinded for unique equipment to see if any of them were different. Anyway, I hope you like this video ;)
PS : There is one time and in the thumbnail where I named the prototype "UCJP-0033" where as it's actually "UCJP-00133". Someone in the comments pointed it out, thanks to proxzi telling me about that huge mistake. Just, next time you view the video, think that it's 133 and not 033. I'll try to not make that kind of error next time.
hey isn't it supposed to be 00330 with extra 0 at the end 'cause lately came across UCJP-00125, 133 and 135 so would assume 00330 would make sense to be actually like twice as new or how does the chronology go here?
