Yes but very close. If you get a better seat suspension than it's almost the same.
Peak torque and suspension fork travel are two really important specs when deciding which bike to go with. It is odd that HeyBike does not post this data. Any chance you know these data?

It looks comfortable & the battery is normal but it's in nice position 👍

First, good video. Covered the important things and left out the superfluous stuff. I do think you, being a bigger, younger man, made loading that 70 lbs. look easier than it will be for a lot of people. Can always take the battery out first which should cut up to 10 lbs but loading it would be a challenge for a man my age and many women.
You are right ✅️ I'm 6.3 and 220lbs fit. It maybe on the heavier side. I just relate from my prospective.

Dual suspension, not full. That would be a rear suspension. The seat spring is nice, it seems it's adjustable for lighter weight people. I'm wondering how they determine the 500W motor. The city is nice and flat, not where I live. Folded, it takes up all the back of a Rav4. The fat tires look nice, but how much of the tire with that tread actually touches the ground ?

Thanks for the kind words. I also like more himiway type bikes but this model feels more powerful and I changed my mind about battery location. It is easy to swap and charge inside design also bike feels nimble and more balanced to me.
@@ElectricVehicleSpace - That's the same design I like as well w/ a "downtube" battery like the Himiway but there's just something about the exposed battery I just don't like the look of... It might be that it looks to easy to steal the battery and I'd prefer it to be a little more hidden.

If the rear wheel of any bicycle does not have suspension then that bicycle is not a "full suspension bicycle" as the title misleadingly states. It might be an excellent bike but I am in the market for a truly full suspension (with long travel) ebike.

At least the only channel I've seen showing the folded bike in the trunk of a vehicle even though it's a copied video from the bike website.. The first selling point and other bike channels never show. So this bike can't fit in the trunk of a regular car, only SUVs?
is it just me , but looking at the size of the rear hub, that motor is the size of a 350watts, not 500 , right ?

What about customer service and guarantee? Do they have a great service as Radpowerbikes? (Thousands of reviews about them) My questions is honest before to buy our fist 2 e bikes.
They responded to all of my questions fast. The bike did not have any issues and works flawlessly so far.

I've got 2 XP's. Well built, great customer support .the XP 2.0 is a good comparison. You're right about getting what you pay for, after shopping around, the Lectric surely is a winner

I just got one and am disappointed in customer service. The rear luggage rack on mine is bent and the paint is cracked and flaking off. Heybike's response? "Again, we are sorry for the damage caused by the shipping and we would like to send you a phone holder as compensation." If you watch closely in this review, you will see the luggage rack is bent on the bike in this review. A friend of mine bought one of these too. His is bent as well. This has to be a known problem for them and way it is packaged. I am disappointed and ready to return it for their lack of support. When you spend over a twelve hundred dollars, you would like something that is not damaged. You can see the bend clearly at 2:29 into the video. The Heybike website photos all show straight luggage racks.
I saw that bent to be unusual but I thought 🤔 that's the design. It's not good that support is not helping. Did you try to push it up?
@@ElectricVehicleSpace I tried to bend it back by hand with no luck. I could take it off and use some wood to protect it in a vice and get it close. Mine is painted white and the paint is cracked and flaking off at the bends on both sides. Heybike support said they do not have luggage racks in stock and said it would be too difficult for me to replace the luggage rack. Really? It has four bolts holding it to the frame and two nuts holding the tail light on. I would have to cut a wire tire for the tail light wiring management. Seems pretty easy for the average person. I would say anyone who can assemble this bike, could easily replace the luggage rack. They should have said they don't have extra luggage racks in stock from the beginning, but didn't. They suggested one other possibility, but they need management approval. I am waiting to hear if they will approve that. I hope they resolve this. Time will tell.
As for the bend on your unit, if you look at all the factory photos on their website, the rack is straight. Yours is bent almost as much as mine. If mine was black, it may not be as noticeable, but with the cracked and chipped white paint, it sticks out pretty bad. I can share photos, but it won't let me in this forum.

Well you have to be smart enough to fold the pants or find a solution here. Surprised that you comment on my sucks and things that are not related to the bike and can be fixed in so many other ways.
