Hey Mark, I've been a long time viewer of Zoe's channel and I can't believe I haven't watched your channel until this year 😭 You are so down to earth and lovely. The part in this video where you're anxious before the interview - it's almost like watching myself when I'm anxious. So many of us out there feel the same way ❤️ The hardest part is dealing with the emotional spiral and and the physical symptoms! There are ways to ease it but sometimes it takes away from how amazing the opportunity is! Have absolutely binged all of your Vlogtober content, and solo travels. Mark. Try this trick, if you of like. When you’re having anxiety, hold ice in your hands. Or even run then under the warmest water you can stand. It just gives your body a place to focus instead of jumping all around. You’ll still feel nervous but you’ll be able to sit in it and still calm your body and slow the thoughts down. It’s my very favorite. Also, while you do that …don’t forget nervousness feels the same as excitement… so allow yourself to release some of that anxiety and embrace the fact that you’re also excited.

Mark, you can get lactase enzyme tablets! You can then eat anything dairy and hopefully be fine! All they do with lactose free food is put the lactase enzyme in with it
