Hi Mark it’s only me - as you know I live in rehabilitation centre as I suffer with secondary progressive sclerosis and lupus I’m either bedbound or wheelchair bound ~ what a lovely surprise tonight when you’re notification bell flashed up ~ at the moment. I’m really struggling mentally - I’ve just been given a new medication that starts tomorrow morning so hopefully that will kick in in the next couple of weeks ~ I absolutely love your content and thank you for your hard work in putting up the Vlog/videos ~ sending loads of love and hugs ~ Xxx Xxx
An advice I’ll give you is go fully plant based. There are foods scientifically proven to reverse cancer, lung disease, heart disease, depression and so on. Food is healing and your body will heal if you give it the right environment ❤
Yes, it definitely helps take the mind off things when you get a vlog notification from him. He is so cheerful and real. I hope your new medication does the trick and you’re feeling better soon. 🩷💚

I've missed the vlogs!!! We've had a Crumbl Cookies in my town for around a year, have not tried them yet. They seem so dry, and can be easily made at home for cheaper. I love the dino Christmas sweater, my middle child is obsessed! Cute!

Now that Hollywood films are basically moving to Europe due to high costs in America they are doing a lot of filming places like London. I imagine you will be going to a lot of big budget movie (first) premieres now and I’m looking forward to hearing all about them. They are even filming more and more Television shows out of London. A friend of mine is a CEO for a production company and he is head of TV. He’s been in London most of the year developing and filming shows. It’s an interesting shift. Love the outfit you wore at the premier. Definitely save them for display 🩷💚
