    Rebecca, no matter what that MRI scan shows, please do not let it define your healing journey. Lets not forget that lots of people walk around with unexplained lesions on their brain without ever being diagnosed with anything. No matter what the scan shows, you are still healthy, you are still healed

      My niece has MS and like Rebecca went carnivore with amazing amazing results. She still has lesions in her brain but everything else seems to be repairing itself. So the takeaway is pay closer attention to your obvious recovery and thank the good Lord for showing you the way.

    I'm 63 and found carnivore 7 months ago. I'm getting what you're saying where I'm finally free from pain and illness to where suddenly I'm interested in going out, doing my hair, looking at my wardrobe, wanting to participate in lots of things. Actually WANTING to! It's fantastic! Love your attitude and insight! 🙂💖🇨🇦

      She is such an inspiration as to the efficacy of the carnivore diet and its ability to repair nerve damage and overall health. My niece has MS and she’s had the exact same results. From wheelchair back to a normal life. Absolutely miraculous!

    What an articulate humble and honest lady you are !! Well done so pleased for you very inspirational.
    Agree healing is all encompassing I have healed my Crohn’s disease on carnivore and have been symptom and med free for four years.
    I no longer associate myself with illness and don’t have any dealings with doctors and will not unless I get any problems.
    It’s been about treating body mind and spirit I now live in freedom and it’s spreading to all other parts of my life .
    I wish you the very best and am confident your life and happiness will go onwards and upwards you amazing lady !😘😘⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Hi Rebecca, I just believe we are all still healing, I’m 67 and I have been doing this for a year and five months and I seem to get a little stronger every month or feel a little better or a little more clear minded. This just feels so good and I feel many years younger. I still have healing needed in my body also and I think this is the right way to get it just continue on and let my body heal as it chooses to use this nutrition for what it needs.
    I believe you are an inspiration for so very many people, including me and please just keep moving forward and so very proud of you !

    I find you inspiring , your energy and considered expression are wonderful. I'm happy for you and it's great to hear you are participating in local activities, rock on!. I'm eating meat daily since November (didn't eat red meat for 30+ years) and I'm feeling stronger physically and mentally, sleeping more deeply and more content, less anxious. It's amazing how the body responds to food and how right nutrition nourishes other areas of life. Blessings.

    Me, the one with MS, is going to have MRIs in 5 months, off MS medicine, and a Jesus follower, try to always expect the best in every day. If things don't work out that day, expect the best the next day. I hope and pray 🙏 you have or will receive Jesus into your heart because God, through Him, will always be with you no matter what the circumstances. 😊❤

    Your journey gives me hope for my son. He’s 40 years old this year and was diagnosed with MS a year ago. His symptoms were mild and now stable. But he is taking all the medicines and is alone and depressed on the other side of the country. He will not let me talk to him about the possible benefits of the diet.

    You must be doing something right! Looking good and sounding positive. And the Yoga class is a great idea. I used to like that to help sort out my aching muscles...then my Dupuytren's (hand contracture) got a lot worse and I couldn't put my flippin hands flat...Not helpful!

    A chat with GPT
    Fatty acids used in cholesterol production come from both dietary sources and endogenous (internal) production in the body.
    Sources of Fatty Acids for Cholesterol Synthesis:
    1. Dietary Fats
    • Saturated Fats (e.g., animal fats, butter, coconut oil)
    • Monounsaturated Fats (e.g., olive oil, beef fat)
    • Polyunsaturated Fats (PUFAs)
    • Found in seed oils (soybean, canola, corn, sunflower, etc.)
    • Also present in fatty fish, nuts, and some animal products
    2. Endogenous Fat Production (Lipogenesis)
    • If dietary fat intake is low, the liver can make fatty acids from excess carbohydrates (glucose) via de novo lipogenesis (DNL).
    • This process converts glucose → acetyl-CoA → fatty acids, which can then be used for cholesterol synthesis.

    • @leeboss373
      @leeboss373 14 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Do Seed Oils Contribute to Cholesterol Synthesis?
      Yes, if consumed, PUFAs from seed oils can be used as a fatty acid source for cholesterol synthesis. However, seed oils also affect cholesterol metabolism in negative ways:
      • PUFAs suppress the body’s ability to make and regulate cholesterol compared to saturated fats.
      • They can promote oxidized LDL (oxLDL), which is linked to inflammation and arterial damage.
      • Excess omega-6 from seed oils competes with omega-3s, leading to an imbalance that affects overall metabolic health.

    • @leeboss373
      @leeboss373 14 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      What’s the Best Fat for Healthy Cholesterol?
      • Saturated fats (e.g., animal fats, tallow, butter, coconut oil) support healthy cholesterol levels and are more stable than PUFAs.
      • Monounsaturated fats (olive oil, beef fat, macadamia oil) are also beneficial.
      • Avoiding seed oils helps prevent oxidative stress and inflammation that can damage cholesterol molecules.
      Since you’re mostly eating lamb fat, you’re avoiding seed oils and getting primarily saturated and monounsaturated fats, which support stable cholesterol production and overall metabolic health.

      consuming SO (high in polyunsaturated fatty acids, or PUFAs) can lead to oxidative damage of cholesterol molecules, which may contribute to autoimmuneandneurodegenerative conditions. Here’s how:
      1. PUFAs and Cholesterol Oxidation
      • PUFAs are highly unstable and prone to oxidation due to their multiple double bonds.
      • When oxidised, they create free radicals that damage LDL cholesterol, leading to oxidised LDL (oxLDL).
      • oxLDL is seen as foreign by the immune system, triggering inflammation and an immune response.

    • @leeboss373
      @leeboss373 14 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      2. The Immune System and Autoimmunity
      • The immune system attacks oxidized LDL, leading to arterial plaque formation (atherosclerosis).
      • Molecular mimicry: If oxidized cholesterol or damaged lipids resemble self-tissues, the immune system may mistakenly attack healthy structures, contributing to autoimmune diseases.
      • Some research suggests oxLDL may contribute to neuroinflammation seen in multiple sclerosis (MS), Alzheimer’s, and other neurological conditions.

    • @leeboss373
      @leeboss373 14 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      3. Cholesterol and the Brain
      • The brain is 60% fat, and cholesterol is critical for:
      • Myelin sheath (protective layer around nerves)
      • Neuron function and signaling
      • Blood-brain barrier integrity
      • If cholesterol in the brain becomes oxidized or disrupted (due to high PUFA intake), it could:
      • Increase neuroinflammation
      • Lead to demyelination (loss of the myelin sheath, as seen in MS)
      • Contribute to cognitive decline and neurodegeneration

      I was at a bucks party last weekend, and the father inlaw to-be, a very successful family oriented man, told me how he started over again at 40. He is now happily remarried, and in employment, he enjoys and funds a comfortable life. This was an inspiration to this 39-year-old on his own healing journey.
