This video was great. But, they were pointing out stuff that you figure out playing street football. They just had the sophisticated lingo that made it sound impressive.

The guy drilling Haskins was the QB for the Lions who ran out he back of his own end zone and was the QB on the team went they went 0-16.

@CRISTOBAL Haskins played for a team with a plus o-line and was throwing to 3 receivers that ran 4.41 40s or better - ELITE speed. Lots of time to throw, BIG windows.
Jones was working behind an o-line that couldn't block me & had ZERO elite receivers. Yet, guided the team to an 8-5 record.
kid is smart, athletic, mentally tough & resolute - he could be an absolute stud at the next level.

It WILL be interesting to see how Haskins does for the first time in his life not having 5 seconds to throw & not having receivers that are considerably better than the guys covering them.
Jones had the opposite of that at Duke: an offensive line that was game but couldn’t get it done - it leaked like the FBI - and receivers that wouldn’t have suited up just about anywhere but Duke.
The one thing that sends otherwise solid QBs to early retirement in the NFL - MENTAL TOUGHNESS - will be tested on D Haskins early & often.

Murray is a threat for the run and pass but Haskins is so fucking intelligent and can hold his own as a passer. Being able to learn and comprehend so quickly I think Haskins can be special. I'd like him as a New York Giant

@@JRadiCal33 I've heard Denver, Redskins, and Bengals like him. But system-wise, he doesn't really fit Skins and Denver. I've heard Denver likes their QBs to move and throw long. Redskins likes their QBs to move and beat you with the short and intermediate range. So, on the surface, I think Cinci. But teams could change their schemes and adjust to the players they get.
But I think Lock suits Denver more and Jones suits Skins more. Lock is similar to the prototype Elway has desired for a while now. And Skins, if you look at Alex Smith and Case Keenum, they are both roll-out Qbs that make their money on the short and intermediate range. Haskins, although I think he'll prove to be more elusive than what's been said, isn't a roll-out type of QB.

Dwayne Haskins offense full of talent, and he played in a system where every other throw was a drag route or screen. Drew Lock played with below average supporting cast in the SEC and played with 4 different offenses in his career. He has a bigger arm and he’s more athletic. His tape shows NFL caliber throws into tight windows constantly while Dwayne Haskins yards and TDs usually come on YAC or the guy was open by a Few yards
Lock has a much higher ceiling
