- Can you beat a Pokemon Shield Hardcore Nuzlocke using Only Fairy Types? I decided to make it even harder by not allowing myself to use Dynamax. Let's see how it goes!

Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1st: When a Pokemon faints, it's dead and goes into the box forever
2nd: Can only catch the first Fairy encounter from each Route/Wild Area
3rd: No items in battle but held items are okay
4th: Set battle mode
5th: NO DYNAMAXING (Dynamaxing in dens is okay)
6th: No leveling past the level of the gym leader's ace pokemon until the start of the battle
7th: New rule! Find out in the video!

The fairy was special the electric was special, so it is time to get PHYSICAL and get those GAINS. Fighting type with exercise for each death.
Do ghost in shield because of the ghost gym and pick sobble because rillaboom learns lots of dark moves

im thinking about a grass type only hardcore nuzlocke for the difficulty of it.Grass is weak to 5 types and is gets resisted by 7 other types

I did a grass type only in Y version and I gave up at the elite 4 cause the fire one was impossible

Nice one! A other good monotype hardcore nuzlocke i think it would be good is Steel types only, since you can catch the pre evolution of Corviknight pretty early

Sick video! I’m happy to see someone who does play through nuzlocke and is actually smart and good in competitive Pokémon anyway I really want a normal type only run it would be interesting since if ur playing sword u would be weak against bea and if ur fighting gordie he will be resisted and 2 of raihans Pokémon are resistant to normal my point is normal would be cool because it would be very challenging
I wish more people were into competitive. I would love to implement more mono competitive videos
I would love to see a dark type run! I did this exact challenge with dark types last month, I think it’d be interesting to see how our two runs would be different from each other.
Flying is pretty underrated.. Maybe try that?

No... No there is not
I would say you should try a Poison or Ghost type challenge (two of my favs) or if you really want to challenge yourself, do a Rock type run, if you do a rock type run and get a Rhydon name it Lagann

Ice types please, they are so many fun ice mons in Pokemon Sword and Shield. You have the fossils, eiscue, frosmoth and all.

Hatterene is a super Pokémon, it has super high sp def and sp atk, which allows it to wipe through opponents

You could do a steel type challenge ! There's some dens in the early game I think and you can get Klink at the road between Motostoke, Drilbur at the Galar mine and galarian Meowth just after ! Also I love your videos they're excellent

these really are such fun to watch these monotype runs, im actually trying a shield Ghost only run.
You know if you lose a Pokemon in a raid battle it doesnt count as a death since technically after the battle is over your pokemon has 1 hp so it actually didnt die

It actually a lot harder then you would think of course you would have to get your starter from raid den also your new dare should be brushing your teeth and drinking orange juice

Please do a bug type pokemon nuzlocke. Bug tupes have been buffed a lot throughout the generations.
I'd like to see a Bug Type Nuzlocke. Sure they are common, but are also known to be easy to knock out.

Pokémon Sword and shield without evolving Pokémon. Pokémon should be able to evolve once or more but needs to stay Default form/First Form
I just finished my shield mono type playthrough with only flying type bird pokémon 😁
IT was pretty fun. I let my friend bread me a rowlet as my starter as only non flying type pokémon.
There are a lot of cool flying types to use with both DLCs!
