Always hurts to see the Gastly line die...oh wait...they're already dead... It always hurts to see the Gastly line being exorcised. so this one hurt a bit at times but well worth it. Chandelure is a good replacement (And Aegislash is still OP in the actual playthroughs)
I also did this run and it was so much fun! Ghost types are actually amazing plus Aegislash, Drifblim and Pumpkaboo clutched for me so much. Plus Dragapult supremacy

Absolutely brilliant, I really want to see you do a rock run. If you do end up doing a rock mono type challenge I recommend using the team Dai Gurren names for your Pokémon I named my Rhydon Simon because his drill was the one to pierce the heavens!

I do think you need to cut yourself some slack on a run like this next time though, no need to reset the whole game next time, just save before you catch your first Pokemon, and reset from there, because the opening of SwSh is brutal, no one deserves to go through that so many times lol

Eiscue's ability only works with physical attacks. You'll be fine with special attacks, and you're working with ghost types, and there are several moves like shadow ball to handle eiscue.
