Hi delfino. It's very straightforward. If one of the attributes applies to you, let's say "Latino-owned" and you add it to your profile. Your listing might rank for "latino owned tree services" related keywords

For the primary and secondary category, what if there aren't many options for your business type? i am a boudoir photographer but the only options are things like photographer, photography studio, photo services etc.

No problem Mike. Setting up another company at the same address can be tricky especially if they have similar activities. Ideally you need to have a different address, website & phone number. Make sure the company is also registered with an official body (depending on which country you live in). If it's a brick and mortar business, add visible and permanent signage outside the building. That way you won't have any problems.

I am not a specialist in the cannabis vertical but when it comes to Google Business Profile I believe the restrictions are a tighter than normal businesses. Do he simply put up a page with the city name and 5 subburb in the name and have the gmp location map show it ? Im confuse :D, ty.
you don't need to define a service area if you have a physical location (unless it is a hybrid business). If you have a service area type of business you should list the areas in which your business operates

On your one of videos i saw you were searching keywords on google maps at the very bottom of page you highlighted GMB cat scan I couldn’t find that option also how do i reach at least top 5 in my business category nobody use SEO

Categories are predefined so you'll have to choose the closest possible one.

If the option is available for your business category you should be able to find it under the "More" tab when you edit your profile
