Just got recommended this channel, holy dooly, what you dropped in this video is worth literally 10s of thousands. Must sub, must bookmark. Amazing content.
So much value here! Thanks Caleb, But I do have a question! Isn't it illegal for a business to send an SMS to customers without first getting written consent? How do you handle that for your customers who are sending the review request link to past customers?
Most businesses focus on getting written consent whenever they collect customers' phone numbers. If they don't have that, then we can adjust the strategy accordingly. Texting from the business owner's actual phone can also help.
Will the Google Bot penalize me if I use capital letters in the middle of a sentence, The capital letter in the middle of the sentence is needed. Example : Join Shell Oil, it would be underline and it would be red and it would also be a clickable link so that is the reason that it needs to be capitalized. The word Shell Oil is also a key word if that helps or matters.
Interesting video, thanks for the helpful tips (they are golden!). What can a multi-destination business do, with one physical address, which is the headquarters and none in the other destinations served by the business? Can we rank organically for local search terms? If yes, how?
You can rank organically, but if you want to rank in the map listing, you'll need a Google Business Profile for each location. This is worth doing as something like 60-70% of the traffic goes to map listings in searches where there is one.
Sure. It's basically some code that Google reads and confirms the business name, address, phone number, location, category, etc. so Google's algorithm doesn't need to use math to guess at it. Use the prompt to have ChatGPT or Claude write the schema for you and paste the code in the website so Google reads it. Then test to make sure the AI didn't screw up
Sure. Try this one: Please generate JSON-LD schema for my local business with the following details: Business: [business name] Type: [type of business e.g., Restaurant, Dentist, Hotel] Website: [website URL] Phone: [phone number] Email: [email] Address: [full address including street, city, state, zip] Hours: [List operating hours by day] Description: [2-3 sentences about your business] Image URLs: [website image URLs if any] Social profiles: [social media URLs if any] Additional details I'd like included: [mention any specific features, services, or attributes you want in the schema]
It goes on the GBP landing page. You can add author, article, organization, etc. schema on every other page but the local business schema specifically is designed for the GBP landing page.
Consistency in NAP citations doesn't matter anymore. 90% of those citations will not even get indexed. If something can make a difference it would be brand mention, but not on shitty NAP services
Maybe. Maybe not. There are ways to get them indexed. Beyond that, they dont' need to help much to be worth the relatively small expense to get them. As I said in the video, they're a lot less important now than they used to be years ago so I agree with that. But less important doesn't translate to not worth doing. If something is easy, inexpensive, and even slightly helpful, it's usually worth doing.
Why waste your time here, bro? Don't bother coming back to this channel. Just check out the other comments on this video-you think you're really smart, huh?

I'm an experienced SEO specialist, and I learn a lot from you
Amazing! Thank you
Enjoyed your video. Why you recommend Schema Markup on homepage/page linked GMP only. What problem if Schema on all pages. Thanks in Advance.
Schema should be on all pages. Local business schema should only be on the GBP landing page. Other types of schema should be on all pages.
Great vid! SEO here. Do you only use AI for your agency’s content creation or human or hybrid?
Hybrid. AI generates an outline. Human reviews and edits outline. AI writes content. Human reviews and edits content.
@@calebulku That's our method too. Just seeing if there's a better way out there. Subbed. :)
This is the clearest and more helpful video that I've watched on SEO. Thank you!
Awesome! Thank you!
Really clever explanation and no unnecessary verbiage! Respect! + subscription
Love hearing it! Thank you

I'm not sure I understand why this would be an issue at all?
Can you recommend a good book to learn SEO in 2024, Back-links and long keywords and all, and how to put them into use.
Honestly I haven't read a book about SEO in a long while.
Great content Caleb, I did not know all this about local seo, pretty good tactics it sounds, will check your free skool as well.
Awesome, thank you!

Can you go into more detail about the schema? It's just skated over really quickly here.

Caleb- if the customer # is 10x more effective then what benefit can a GHL agency doing a DBR review campaign offer?
Well it's automatic and doesn't require your client to do anything =)
Thxs Caleb..! State of the Art...!!
Love hearing it!
Awesome content! Earned yourself a sub 😊
Welcome aboard!
Hello, Caleb!
Can you make a video on SEOwallet?
Sure, I can add it to the list =)
How to rank an affiliate website - with local pages - selling tickets for venues that are owned by a multinational company.
I'd treat that the same as any other website. Build local relevance and supporting content.
Great Episode
Thank you!
AI, is great. Cool Video.
Definitely agree!
Hi Caleb
Do you have the prompt to write the proper schema.
Sure. Try this one:
Please generate JSON-LD schema for my local business with the following details:
Business: [business name]
Type: [type of business e.g., Restaurant, Dentist, Hotel]
Website: [website URL]
Phone: [phone number]
Email: [email]
Address:
[full address including street, city, state, zip]
Hours:
[List operating hours by day]
Description: [2-3 sentences about your business]
Image URLs: [website image URLs if any]
Social profiles: [social media URLs if any]
Additional details I'd like included: [mention any specific features, services, or attributes you want in the schema]
Thank you 😊
Why should you not put local business schema on every page? Can you elaborate?
It goes on the GBP landing page. You can add author, article, organization, etc. schema on every other page but the local business schema specifically is designed for the GBP landing page.
Welp, I know who to go to for SEO
Awesome, love hearing that! =)
