Grand Design Transcend: 1 Year Later - Was it Worth it?

Hey Everyone!
Today I am doing a one year review of my 2022 Grand Design Transcend 261BH. How has it held up after over 5000 miles. What do I like, dislike, changes and/or additions have I done and what has broken.
Most importantly after one year of using the camper would I purchase it again?!?!

Just bought a ‘23 Transcend 261BH in February, made two weekend trips in it so far, looking forward to many more! When we were shopping, my wife walked into this model and said the same thing, this is it! The recliners are perfect for rainy days, right in front of the TV! Love this floor plan!

I am happy to see that you are still in love with your Transcend! We have the '22 265BH and we love ours! we bought it 7/21 and never looked back! The one thing I wished ours had is more windows. Perhaps one by the passenger side front door, and one on the side wall of our slide. Maybe one by the kitchen sink also? Outside of that, we wouldn't change anything except the typical items that everyone else does: shower head, bathroom faucet and so on.

Awesome! Glad you are still loving yours too!! Yes...I do wish the window in the door was clear instead of that "frosted" kind so I could see out of it...clear with a mini blind or something. Thanks for watching!!!

Have a 2020 GD Transcend 32BHS....just wish they would have used a little better quality material

Agreed, there are some places they could have done a tad better with material selection.

I'm assuming because you got it new, it's under warranty. Shouldn't the things you didn't damage be fixed by the manufacturer?

Probably they would fix it minus the mishap that I caused lol but I just don't want to have it in the shop for weeks/months so I fixed the little things myself. 😀
