This case is so sickening. That horrible POS mom traded her daughter for a lousy Walmart gift card. 😡😭 She kept saying, "I had a funny feeling about him"! Then why not trust your instinct for crying out loud!!!! 🙄🤬 Poor Cherish. She deserved so much better.

the remaining daughters are now living in Australia in the custody of their aunt. The family in Australia had worried ,for years, about the lack of care the children were getting from their mom who was living in The U.S.. Unfortunately it took a tragedy to get them home.

What kind of Mother would give her little girl permission to walk off with a strange man that she "Had a feeling about." ?? Or let him go with them to the dressing room? Everything about this story is f'ed up. Some people really shouldn't be parents. When I was little I would hide in the clothes racks at department stores to try and scare my Mom, and if she lost site of me for even a second, she would have a meltdown.

Also in this case, the father (who she was going to see in California) BEGGES the judge for custody because mom was unstable & on drugs. The judge denied his request because Cherish's mom was too poor to afford to fly her back. (Judge could've ordered dad to pay the costs of visits, but didn't.) Oh..65yr from USA again..Gaynor and Daz ...Always Love your posts...But this one...saw subject..took me awhile to actually watch...#1 because when I was in 2nd grade at airport with Mom and baby brother waiting to pick up Dad.. I wandered away to little gift shop..looking at candy in front of cash register man came up behind me, put arm around me asked me what I wanted..I just froze...We'd just had a "Stanger Danger " in my school shortly before..he started pulling me away..Mom came up pulling his arm off me saying she doesn't want candy ( later in life Always wondered why she didn't call police) ...#2 When my son was 4 went shopping with him, my 1yr old daughter and my mother-in-law..a Sears store in a strip mall..just walked in mother-in-law stopped to look at something..I walked couple of aisles away, pushing daughter in stroller, son right behind me..bent down to look at something..stood up...son gone..called him, walked back down aisle called for him and mother-in-law...no answer..started screaming..Long Story..the Sears locked down the store ,police were there almost immediately, State Trooper barracks right across street..about 20 minutes later my mother-in-law was trying to get in store, she'd taken my son to the Woolworth next door with out telling me..I could have Killed her...was most terrifying time in my life..&& This story...the Mom should be thrown in jail FOREVER!!!! Always Love the posts, but this one wants to make me throw up 😢😢😢

I hope it helps at least for Daz.. that I believe the other "inmate" was the one undercover or w/e to pull out more info..and to confess fully however..if not ..he will also be in for some tourture as well!. All of what I say may only apply to the US as that is where I live and how I know US prisons work:
Either way it was jail as they "openly" talked .once they get to prison..I can absolutely guarantee that not all men in there are like that!!!! And absolutely despise people like this..and will completely destroy this animal.. especially if they get to hear the recordings that were permissible in court..as people on the outside can give inmates contraband like phones smuggled in to them.. doesn't matter even then because inmates also ask new inmates what they are in for.. often demanding to see their "papers" which lists what they were actually charged with..and some other info. If he refuses.. he's already a target.. either way the corrections officers will absolutely share that info freely ANYWAY(at least in cases like these).People will say its unconstitutional or blah blah they have rights to privacy..blah blah.. as soon as these freak pieces of s*** hurt kids....that goes straight down the toilet!! 😂
    And rightly so!!
He will try to get some kind of protection (unit for ppl like this) however as I stated before they are not actually safe.. the corrections officers will absolutely make him "available" to other inmates who will do..very very painful.. horrific and disturbing things to them.. most minds will not even imagine what happens to theae sick waste of space meat bags.. basically.. bones and meat .nothing more than wastes of space...completely souless.
And i feel absolute confort in knowing they suffer.. and its Florida..the death penalty is absolutely needed and completely necessary!! Dont care if anyone disagrees.. you would want it too if this happened to your own child!

4:40 Tbh almost as soon as the phone call with the mom and 911 started I was very skeptical of her by her tine of voice and a particular thing she said but I told myself “Dude sstfu, she’s a mom who’s daughter was just kidnapped and your policing her words?” but the more I heard the more I’m looking at her weird… also the “particular thing” that she said within like 10-15 seconds of talking to 911 that got my attention was “I don’t want to have to be one of these moms who go through something like this”… which sure, no mom does but the literally first person we hear her expressing concern for, is herself? She concerned on what SHE’S about “to go through” not what her daughter is about to go through! Like I couldn’t help but think “Shouldn’t you be worrying about what your daughter’s about to have to go through??! Not worrying about what you’re gonna have to go through?!”

Edit: She says it at 0:58… it immediately got a reaction outta me upon hearing her say that.

This "mother" is NOT a victim. She got in a stranger's van with all 3 kids, and then, once in Wal-Mart, LET the stranger take her daughter to the McD's inside the Wal-Mart, A TOTAL STRANGER, and surprise surprise, he took her. She lost custody of her other two after this, they are living with relatives in Australia. The dad had BEGGED the judge to give him custody prior to this, but the judge reasoned that since they lived across the country from each other, mom would not be able to afford travel costs, so she gave her the kid (could've ordered dad to pay travel costs.) He told the judge that the mother put the kids in dangerous conditions, and the judge gave them to the mother & a kid ended up dead.

@@kirikayumura6015 yes, that’s implied but it was an sting and the other inmate was either an undercover officer or offered leniency for coercing that information out of him. It’s unfortunate that it comes to that but sometimes they need a solid “confession” for the sought penalty (not that that was what it was but his language was highly damning). There would be no reason for the audio to be so crisp unless the “inmate” was wearing a wire or in a highly surveilled area which would have been very stupid on Donald’s part.
