  • Binding a receiver to your transmitter is easy, even if you've never done it before. In this video, I walk through the steps to binding my RadioLink RC6GSv2 transmitter to the RadioLink R7FG receiver and outline all the extra bits and pieces needed to do it.
    I've already posted an unboxing and mini-review of the Radio Link RC6GSv2 transmitter, so if you want to check that video out, you can do so here: • RadioLink RC6GS V2 Unb...

    I can't pair the receiver whit the transmitter is flashing 3 color ,red ,blue,and green but not bind ? I don't connect the yellow connector to the battery I don't want to use it maybe this is my problem I have to connect the connector?

      You probably need to go into the transmitter's steering settings and reverse the steering direction.

    So would me not using that telemetry harness ( my rigs all Anderson) be the reason I can’t get it to bind?

    I was going to use mine for a sailboat. Do I need a ESC to power it up? I get no lights when I put a battery on it. does the light only power up when you turn the ESC switch on?

    • @RCRacingLegends
      @RCRacingLegends  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, you need an ESC I order to power up the receiver itself.

    Does the voltage alarm settings save to each individual model? E.g run 2s, 3s on different models. Would I need to change the voltage every time?

    • @RCRacingLegends
      @RCRacingLegends  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, its specific to each model.
      Each model should be tied to a different receiver (in this case they would all have to be R7FG receivers for the telemetry to work), and the voltage is tied to the specific receiver. So as long as each model has its own unique R7FG receiver, the the low voltage alarm you set (for any 2S-6S LiPo) will be specific to that model.

      @@RCRacingLegends that fab, thanks for the quick reply! I’ve been in two minds over getting this or the GT5. Like the format build and folding antenna on the GT5 but this radio link telemetry, range, control and choice of receivers wins it for me.

      I know what you mean, it was a tough decision for me too. But I went with this one because of exactly what you said: range and voltage telemetry.

      @@MrYoohootuber I ended up with both the RC6GS and the GT5 (it came with my Redcat Gen8 AXE) and although I like the design and build quality of the GT5, the RC6GS has so many more functions, far greater range, and cheaper receivers too. I really wish RadioLink would update their transmitter design, though.
