I always float jigs purple and green for chum. Almost all the time guarantee bobber down. They fight hard chum. I find Coho usually spaz out when hooked. Awesome video
@@Westcoast_Fishing I’ll have to try, I usually use pink/white or orange/white. They never get tired out I feel like I need a new reel after that day. thank you
i saw more people at this spot today after your video is public. Very nice to see more people fish in this area. Its been a long time i havent see that many people there.
I was thinking about hitting the Green, since I'm assuming most fish are probably pushing up out of the Snohomish. I just feel like throwing some jigs and spinners around, haven't gotten one on either this year.
Hello there, I was wondering if it’s okay to use a 1/2 addicted tail out jig for chum salmon. The thing is I don’t have any other jig sizes other than that 1/2. Will they still bite?
@@BoykoOutdoors Hello there again, I’m so sorry about the amount of questions I’m asking but I’m still trying my best to get my first salmon, do you think a 1/2 oz addicted tailout jig or 1/8 oz aerojig work better? And also why should the jig be 1/8 if it’s gonna be under bobber! Thank you so much for your time!
Awesome! Love this river when the crowds aren't around. Keep up the great videos
@@thesnovalleyswinger me too, most of the crowds are up river this time of year i just go lower. thank you!
@BoykoOutdoors do you use trailers on your twitching jigs or salmon eggs at all? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
@ no, never tried that
Great video! Reminds me of all the Chum I used to catch at Hoodsport, super hard fighting fish. Love it!
thank you!

Might have to do with the fact that the video uploaded around the same time the chum run picks up, this river aint a secret bro
@ im happy to see more people fish here. I used to be a dead area. Im with postitive comment not negative. Sorry for the confuse

@@horaiyo the snohomish was bad this year haven’t got one outta there, last year it was really good. you’ll have more chances on the green i think
@@BoykoOutdoors Yeah, it's been pretty rough. I managed at least one fish every trip, but I had to grind for them most days.
Sup boyko! You fish the green often? Maybe I'll run into you out on the river. Nice bobber downs!!
@@Sea-townRaisedOutdoors I used to a lot more, still go there couple times a year. thank you!

@@Irfaans_Room it’ll work if you twitch it, i have caught a quite a few twitching, but for bobber i wouldn’t go over 1/8oz
