Hey DH, why not use Medusa's Gaze for lower resist proc on hit and +2 cold. Or/And snowclash for +2cold skills instead of 1 from arach and blizzard proc :D
You asked "How can you not like this build?" Well, I would say it's because of how expensive it is to run it properly. It's interesting.. but not quite impressive for the gear requirement.
would be cool to see a strong build without the use of Infinity. Dig your content, but build power would be better gauged without a merc breaking immunes/resistances. Basically any build can be viable with a merc breaking immunes.

In PD you can't break immunes, so infinity isn't needed at all. :)
