What airline did you fly when you went from Vietnam to Miami Florida? How long do you plan to stay in Miami?
Technically you can gamble in Miami but it has to be on Seminole land. The hard rock just before Miami and a casino before the Everglades. With weekly card games it’s ok as people aren’t actually betting anything.

Do a study of every crosswalk and time them. Probably most of them are faulty. I know a study was done by a teenage girl a number of years ago on parking meters in a city. They all were completely faulty. The evidence was presented to city hall and yeah the city replaced all of the meters to better ones.
