I have a question regarding ur green leafy vege .. doctors & hakeem forbid to use these as i have benign cyst in body along with somehow starter point of goiter so how can i reduce weight thru diet now as i am 5 3’ and weight is going higher 67 from last year I started to gain because i ate so much chocolates and carbs.. i have fat all over body so suggest me healthy low calorie diet to reduce weight as now i am getting pain as like planter fasciitis
